SILKROAD | Atashgah (filmed during "The Music of Strangers")

Inspired by a visit to see Silkroad artists Kayhan Kalhor and Siamak Aghaei in Iran, Silkroad violinist Colin Jacobsen composed "Atashgah" to try to capture the beauty and power of an ancient fire temple. This excerpt was recorded in Turkey in 2014 during the filming for "The Music of Strangers."
