    I like the string instrument music with the artichoke and milk and cracked wheat sounds countryside/rural.

    When the man demonstrated how to prepare the artichoke, it looked as though it would be eaten raw. Is that so? Thanks for the quick tour of Sitia, Tony. I felt as though I were on vacation with you!

      Yes when artichokes are fresh the white part with lemon and salt is delicious!@
