So my dad in the military works with the rescue squadron for the airforce. They have 4 seat 2013 MRZRs (rzrs for military) and he is bringin me a motor from one that they crashed and im gonna tinker with it. This video is gonna help me out. Thx
The rear springs, I see the primary are fully collapsed, is that normal? I ask as I bought mine use that way and don’t know if they are worn completely.
Hi Jeff here, what can I do as I have just replaced the value cover gasket on my 2016 polaris ranger Xp 900 and it still leaks oil a little bit yet as you can still smell it when you stop riding.I cleaned up the cover and the head before I put the rubber gasket on, so what can I do to fix this problem??? I also replaced the cover bolts and the little rubber washers so I am stumped as to what to do next, Thanks for your time,
Hi Jeff, I would try to find the exact spot it's leaking from. That's usually the wettest area, but if you aren't sure, clean it off and spray some foot spray powder on there, then run the machine. That should clearly show where the leak is coming from. Is the cover cracked or is the sealing surface damaged anywhere? Sometimes the corners of the half moons don't make a good seal, so you can use a dab of silicone sealant in the corners. -Charles
Great information, and quality work being done. Wondering about availability of aftermarket parts to rebuild the 99 sportsman 335?? The most I see on Amazon is the oil pump....
Hi I have a high idle as long as I have my tps bolted to the throttle body as soon as I pull it away so the vacuum won’t reach it I can adjust idle manually with the screw can u tell me what’s wrong

Do I have to remove the transmission from the engine if I intend to pull them both out to place in another SXS?
Did you ever find out the answer?
All because I stripped the oil pan…thanks for the instructions.
Great video

I’m glad
Thank you
I have to rebuild mine at 40 hours “dirt in the engine” says the mechanic. The dam thing was almost neeeeewwwwwww
What a bummer! It's really not that bad to do, it's just time consuming. My only advice would be to turn on some music and enjoy the process. -Charles
