Well, in 2020, the Giants finished 6-10 and were one of the most gruesome teams to watch that season. The NFL promptly responded by giving them Monday Night games against both Super Bowl teams in 2020 for the 2021 season, and those were arguably more painful to watch than this game!
Good vid, forgot this atrocity happened, Quick feedback though: You've gotta mix your volume better next time so the sound effects aren't distracting. Try panning the back track with the effects/music slightly to one side if your video editing software allows you to
Found this and yeah, it was the game that no longer made me a yes-man as a Vikings fan. For one thing, that team was coming off a surprise playoff appearance and expectations were set very high for the next season, especially by radio announcer Paul Allen. Coming into this game, Freeman was heavily praised by GM Rick Spielman (gezz what a yes-man he was too, especially for Kirk Cousins also). 2013 was the most disappointing as a Vikings fan ever, but we probably deserved it for lots of s**t talking to the Packers going into the season about how it was our turn to win the NFC North that year (especially when acquiring Greg Jennings). But yeah, this game made me no longer both a yes-man and a fanboy of the team. Sure they had better success in a few seasons after this, but I keep myself humble every time I watch.
I was going to say that some of the plays where nothing happens was because of good defense (batting the ball down) but then I remembered I hate the giants.
For some reason I watched this whole game. Freeman threw the ball way too much. But Vikings didn't do much either. So it was somewhat competitive. Definitely one of the worst I've seen
I love videos that show me how little the Giants have changed in over 8 years
*10
I'm watching this game rn Vikings vs Bears on November 27th, 2023 with another qb named Josh
Who was playing for Minnesota..
thank you theoashnfl for the phenomenal yt rec

That 07 game had the bad weather excuse. 2013 had perfectly fine weather
Your sarcasm! comedy! and storytelling! is very good I enjoy your videos
Agree 👍

I love your editing. The Blair Walsh joke was great too lol
this is every broncos game in 2022
"Madden legend Peyton Hillis." 🤣🤣🤣 Perfectly said
Amazing how good Adrian Peterson was that he could drag all of these bad Vikings teams to the playoffs. Bad defenses with bad quarterbacks
Well in AP's MVP season (2012) The Vikings D was ranked 14/32 so kinda hard to call that "bad". QB yes lol.
Every broncos game this year is exactly like this
I still remember the ESPN announcer saying “we want to take a moment to apologize for what you just watched…”
I was commenting about this game earlier today, thanks for the detailed memories
Last game Josh Freeman ever played in. This game was depressing. I remember watching it.
whose here from Theo
Crazy how both of these teams would have a Playoff matchup years later that, in comparison, was a much better game than this.
Josh Dobbs did it better

U got so much potential as a creator! Just figure out that audio mixing and you'll be golden!
Thanks haha, working on putting the music at a level where it can be heard without drowning everything else out, and course smoother mic quality.
I expected this game to be so much worse
Yea it wasn’t even thot bad ha
Brady and the Bucs 3rd quarter vs the Bengals deserves a video imo.
Easily the worst game I've ever seen. Freeman had no business being under center.

I swear you sound like a good friend of mine who used to be a Vikings fan himself, though he quit after the 09 NFC title game lol
I hope JJ will change that for you

Yeah, but the Vikings Raiders game from last year was even worse 0 to 3
Bears vs Vikings last night was worse than this.
what about vikings raiders today lol
I was at this game.
