They are giving certificates as to who is Muslim, first they should look at their character, and secondly the definition of Muslim as given by Hazrat Mohammad SAW (mentioned in Hadith).

رسول الللھ نے ایک جگہ حضرت علی کو کہا کہ۔۔** انا خاتم النیبین وا انتا خاتم الاولیا۔۔**۔۔
مطلب صاف ظاھر ھے۔۔۔لیکن ترجمہ سنیں کہ
***** جس طرح تم خاتم الاولیا ھو۔۔۔اسی طرح ھی میں خاتم النبین ھوں*"***
اب اگر علی کے بعد بیسیوں ولی اے اور ولایت بند نا ھوی۔۔۔تو اسی طرح خاتم النبین کے بعد نبوت بند نا ھوی۔۔۔یاں جو بند ھوا۔۔وہ صرف شریعت ے محمدی بند ھوی۔۔۔۔۔۔یھی ترجمہ چھٹی صدی کے سب سے بڑے صوفی محی الدین ابن عربی جسے شیخ ے اکبر بھی کہتے ھیں کہا اپنی کتاب۔**۔۔فتوحات مکیہ** میں کہ ** لا نبی بعدی کا مطلب ھے کہ صرف شریعت ے محمدی بند ھوی۔۔ناکہ مقام ے نبوت۔۔۔۔یعنی نبی اتے رھیں گے تجدید ے دین کے لییے وہ خرابیاں دور کرنے کے لییے جو وقت کے ساتھ ساتھ غلط روایات کی وجہ سے کسی چیز میں پڑ جاتی ھیں۔۔۔جیسے اجکل قران۔مجید ھونے کے باوجود مسلمان مشرک ھو چکے ھیں اور مزاروں پر چڑھاوے چڑھانے اور قبروں کو پوجنے کے علاوہ ٹونے ٹانے اور گنڈہ تعویز کرنے کو ھی اسلام سمجھنے لگ پڑے ھیں۔۔۔۔۔۔قران ایک تعویز سے زیادہ کچھ نھی۔۔۔۔سواے بیاہ شادی پر لڑکیوں کو نیچے سے گزارنے کے کہ شادی سلامت رھے۔۔۔۔۔۔یہ ھے حقیقت۔۔۔۔اس لییے احمدی ھی سچے ھیں۔۔۔۔۔
