Being raised on a Farm, I have never seen such Happy Animals.
I have a 31 bag that’s very similar. I don’t even know how many lunches I packed in that bag for school before I retired. I’m sure I could still pack that many more lunches in it-they just don’t wear out! We get the good out of our vehicles too. I drove my last car 11 years and the one before I think 13 years. Maybe if someone wants you to have a new truck they’ll buy it for you!😊. Your kids are great-I always enjoy the way help out. Take care-God bless!

When you cook your extra burgers, cook them to medium rare. When you rewarm the next day, place them in a Dutch oven with chicken broth boiling with onions. Super juicy and onions on burgers like that are heaven
Kurt Dold you should always cook burgers well as the meat is minced and that means bacteria can reach every bit of it. A steak is ok because only the outer edges may have bacteria and you cook those to death.

I used to pack silage when i was a kid, on a farm in missouri. Loved the smell of fresh cut corn and running that old moline tractor,
We put our silage in a silo and they would send this young farmer into the silo to spread the silage around and pack it down by walking all over it. When it got close to filling the silo I had to go in there while it was being filled which was no fun at all.

This whole process was so interesting to watch. We don't do silage on our farm, we harvest dry corn and grind it for our chop. I asked my husband why we don't do silage and he just said, "I don't know, guess my dad never did it so I don't do it." :) Every farmer and farming operation does something a little different but we all love our livestock like our own children and we pray daily for our crops!

Many times it is not farmers luck but good planning. Of course good luck is appreciated. Wow here in Pa. most farmers plant beans but none get as good of looking plants or so abundant beans. This year it was some drought that caused them to yellow early. Meredith you have a great family. Just gotta love your daughter she is not afraid to jump in there and git r done.

Forgot to tell you before, rain gear I started wearing ergodyne glowear 83-84 which has a longer Coke coming down below your waist. And I pair of bib overalls that are waterproof in these are Workwear so they're ripstop they're very tough. And get them on Amazon. However they are the reflective ANSI orange and black or yellow you pick yellow and black but your farm and it doesn't matter what color you wear cows don't care. Mainly the color comes up beneath the hood against your chin where it doesn't leak water down to your belly button. I worked on an orig looking up in freezing rain an they were warm and dry.Glad you were blessed with a good silage harvest. Too much mud in FL for haying.

My Chevy shifted hard too. I pulled the transmission pan, changed the filter, refill with new fluid and it fixed the problem. 167,000 miles on it when I did that.
Hmm. I’ve had it overhauled twice and they can’t find problem 😑
@@ThisFarmWife_ It most likely has had a shift kit put in the transmission when it was overhauled.....Do not change the fluid in a transmission with over 100 thousand miles...drain the fluid though a cloth and reuse with a new filter..

Glad ya'll didn't get rained on until you were done. Over here in Idaho we needed the rain harvest is all but done but the smoke from the fires on the coast was terrible so I'm really glad we got a couple day's of rain.
We went from 90 to 38 degrees couple nights ago. Crazy weather this year. We can't wait to put 2020 in the books.

Could maybe fix you up with a red border collie, just got 10 pups, 2 of them were the blacks. One looks to almost be albino, very light color variation. Great dogs.
