Card #2- I was talking to this guy for a month. He said he was divorced but after we started dating I found out his ex wouldn’t actually sign the divorce papers and was keeping his kids from him. After a month of us being together she caught wind he was in a relationship and started reaching out to him and calling then letting him finally see his kids. Everything was great between us up until that point. I know he said she cheated on him multiple times and even said the kids weren’t his but we had a disagreement cause I felt his friend disrespected me, him and our relationship asking me for my number when he left the room but I didn’t like his answer of trying to tell me I misunderstood. So I told him I was going home and I’d see him later. When I left he text me saying he was sorry that he didn’t mean to ignore my feelings and didn’t want things to change. His ex was blowing up his phone the whole time we were hanging out that night which I think had something to do with his next text of him saying he knew he f*cked up and that she was messing with his head and he needed to figure himself out then blocked me. His friends and family can’t stand her and I keep having these dreams over the last month that he shows up at my house telling me that something really bad was going on and he didn’t know how to get out of it or how to fix it, or him calling my uncle asking for help. I’ve had dreams she showed up at my house trying to start something. The dreams are so vivid and real that I’ve woken up sweating, heart racing, confused to if it was a dream or memory. I’ve woken up to him calling my name, twice I’ve woken up to him calling out my name and sounding the like doorbell rang or just the door opening in general and my cat jumping off the bed looking around. I could’ve sworn I heard him calling out even when I was awake and at work. I know I need to move on it just seems like nothing makes sense right now, especially after he was the one making all the future plans or trips and planning out our birthdays (I’m 12/8 he’s 12/11), I just don’t understand how he can shut me out completely and go back to someone he claimed to hate
