  • I was watching Claude Troisgros' program and came across this recipe for eggplant babaganoush and I was very interested in knowing how this preparation would taste, as eggplant is a little more bitter.
    In his recipe there is honey and since here I have not used anything animal, I bring the version of babaganoush in the vegan version!
    So come with me to check out this eggplant babaganoush recipe and find out if it's as delicious as the traditional one.
    **** JILÓ BABAGANOUSH INGREDIENTS ****
    6 Jilos
    1 garlic clove
    1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
    2 tablespoons of Tahini
    1 1/2 c. salt tea
    4 c. cane molasses tea
    1 lemon
