There is a mistake while calculating population for 2025 @24: 30 instead of 0.9 there should be 2.4

For incremental increase method -
if ave incremental increase is negative, do we consider the negative number in the formula or use the absolute value?

What if Population of 2001 is less than population of 1991.......by geometrical mean method...it gives geometric mean zero or minus.............we are facing such problems in water supply department
