Hi! I have applied to imu 2024 intake.. I just want to know something about imu.. in imu how many times do they allow to do one exam? Like if u fail an exam in the first try do they only give 2 times? Or how's that process ?

Hey! Glad to see this! And ur studying med at ANU right so which degree will u graduate with cause it seems a bit confusing? Like it’s a graduate entry pathway right so is it like MBBS,MD or smt like that? So it’s a bachelor of medical science and smt? Perhaps could you share y u chose ANU over unis like UNSW?and there are about 5 semesters in your pre-clinical years at IMU right…so is there any required percentage to get every semester in order to get first class honors? And are there any particular exams conducted in a period of the year or in a particular semester to get your choice of uni under the PMS track?

MchD which is equivalent to MD. UNSW is longer (3years) therefore it’s more expensive. ANU is only 2 years. 80% to get first class

@@katherinelim6060 ohhh so every semester we have to score 80%? Woah that sounds…yea😂 but inspiring to hear seniors like you achieve it …Oh and btw congrats on your final year journey!!! Also perhaps could you share tips on how you managed to accomplish this while people say it’s even hard to pass semester exams in med sch …or maybe share what you did and how you normally studied in your pre-clinical years ? It’d be of great help to hear from u and thank u for replying amidst having a busy schedule!!!!😊😊😊

@@shruthipalani2062 nope, just for the BmedSc degree you have to get second class upper not first class and the score mark will be cumulative. Mean at the end of the semester during sem 6 you have to get total mark that earn you second class upper
