- CHASING UK 50lb CARP! Korda carp anglers Danny Fairbrass and Darrell Peck pay a visit to Broom Big Lake, which is a large, weedy pit in Bedfordshire and offers a real challenge - both in terms of finding the fish in 45 acres of water, but also then catching them. The venue is home to a huge common, known as Milestone, which has topped the 50lb+ mark, a mirror known as Bullion which goes mid-40s plus a number of carp well over 30lb. The pair approach the water in their own signature way... one proves to be very effective and results in the capture of some huge UK carp and one seriously special fish.
This is another brilliant insight into the mindset of both Danny and Darrell, offering another entertaining installment of Thinking Tackle and no matter your angling ability, you’re sure to pick things up from this episode and learn a thing or two.
As well as featuring some huge carp, this episode takes an in-depth look at how to catch them, covering everything from finding spots amongst the weed, baiting up, rig choice to suit the situation, amongst many other technical edges.

Brilliant film lads, at the moment I have been watching a lot of TH-cam carp vids, as I'm on sick, so no work, and I've got to say this was one of the best vids this year from across the board, great to see Dan in his element, and hope he doing well health wise, a top man, and an absolute credit to the British carping scene.
Shame Darrel didn't hit it off, but great content from this man also, another great guy, who captivates the viewer's on his own show.
All in all loved it, would recommend this show to anyone.
I know that chod clip has been out for a good while now, but still very impressive invention, and should be used by more people Imo.

@@carpinsession Dear and unintelligent "CARP IN SESSION". The problem is not learning English. It is that they put subtitles to other languages that should also know English according to you, and Spanish they forget. They put German, French, Italian and Dutch subtitles. Have you understood it already or will I explain it more slowly? Loose lips sink ships.
