how about the contractors and subcontractors working for their client? are you going to add up their safe man-hours to the principal/clients total safe man-hours? wht is your basis for the computation and determining the Safe Mnhours? waht if there are injuries on Contractor and/or sub-contractor's workers? how it would affect your overall safe man-hours calculations?
