Take everything I and others say with a grain of salt because things are always prone to change. Excited for the beta next month! Thank you all for watching and happy holidays!
I am a technical test tester, Gear can be made in your own factory and all are static to the main-stat base count. The RNG is a sub-stat, but very low RNG, there will be a difference between 1 -2% of the average number. 5:20 and Good analysis dude, I didn't think about that yellow bar,
I am still curious if they are going to try and have a different approach to it, alongside the factory crafting maybe some special crafts or world boss gear drops; guess we will just need to be patient for the beta!
5:19 I had the same tought 8:21 I thad the same thought (pls add coop) 17:25 Agree on that, in TechTest you didn't had to min max cause of the 10k per materials limit And the daily limit of gold gears craft Hope they kept it so we still have rooms for creativity and not just have to follow the same guide & copypasta the most optimal factory 22:18 That's one of the coolest thing I ever seen in a gacha game Charatcers interacting with each other (in top of seing all of them on the field) add so much life & immersion to the game I think that's the main thing that made me love this game already Can't wait for this game for real, I've been waiting since the EN TechTest
"I have unhealthy obsession with it" This by ALL means a reason why the community loves you among us, We need person like you to test the game and give feedbacks to the developers since 99% of us can't do that, I give you the greatest salute: o7 o7 o7
OG Arknights uses a six-star rarity system. I'm pretty sure Surtr (red fire woman) will also be a six-star, as will Endministrator. These characters won't be something unique to anniversaries.
@@lephucchan8114 Surtr is too iconic for players, so I don't think she will suffer the fate of a five-star. Additionally, we can see that the developers are putting a lot of emphasis on maintaining continuity between the two games, so I have full confidence that the six-star rarity will not be something unique.
@@lephucchan8114 Well Angelina in Tech test is not her but Clone, that's why she get 5* treatment But now she's have different name as Gilberta and we don't know how much they change story, could be fully changed tho While Surtr we see is really her, she probably make story either not long time ago from OG Arknights story (which most likely not gonna happen) or She's have some kind Immortality because of her Fire Giant power (Surtur), she's lack of background story in OG Arknights, we haven't got any story about her past before Amnesia
4:23 yeah, the extremely piss poor stat loot on Genshin is what pulled me off it for good, I had this realization that for several days I was just logging in to farm one specific set, and just kept getting every awful roll imaginable with no progress. It was such a huge waste of time that I felt immensely disrespected by the game and dropped it. Really hoping Endfield understands the awful mistakes Genshin pulled.
It's good to mention that Genshin didn't invented this type of gear system tho A lot of gacha (back in the old days at least) use something VERY similar As a live service game, I think it is normal to always have something to grind for Like, if I'm just *done* with all my units & I have nothing else to do, I would quit the game I'm not gonna stay on a game just to grind gacha currency for the next character & for a small story update every ~2 months I need to always have something to use my stamina/sanity on that isn't just gacha currency but account progression (even if it is abysmall) That being said, the grind doesn't have to have a huge impact like the "hoyo" gear system That's why I think the Matrix might be a good compromise if it's done correctly (it shouldn't be mandatory) So you can just easily craft your gears but still have the possibility to grind & min-max by farming those Matrix
@@reyxo4657 I just mentioned Genshin since that and Arknights are the only gachas I've played. Really hated what Genshin does, so I am a bit hopeful Arknights refuses to fail in the regards Genshin did for gameplay.

There is no such thing as unhealthy obsession when it comes to Endfield D:
Yeah! Us AK fans are normal! (Totally not coping)
I see you in every Endfield videos
Definitly not an obsession lol
@@reyxo4657 not just endfield, every arknight type video he's there
@reyxo4657 ive nooooo idea what you mean :)

0:02 too relatable

Agree on that, in TechTest you didn't had to min max cause of the 10k per materials limit
And the daily limit of gold gears craft
Hope they kept it so we still have rooms for creativity and not just have to follow the same guide & copypasta the most optimal factory
22:18
That's one of the coolest thing I ever seen in a gacha game
Charatcers interacting with each other (in top of seing all of them on the field) add so much life & immersion to the game
I think that's the main thing that made me love this game already

Same, I'm obsessed as hell with this game
for real, ak:endfield lives in my head rent free
wake up, go through the day and fall asleep while thinking about it
19:15 Bro ?🤨 Also love your video dude hope you can get the beta test.👍
The SP bar is definitely inspired by the Limit Break bars in FFXIV

Gilberta or Angelina is a six stars in the og Arknights but in the tech test she was only five. This can only happen to Surtr too so don't be so sure
