This is one of his best action Figures. KANE is a great Wrestler, Entertainer and human being. I got his WWE Retro Figure from Mattel. I need to get this one too one Day. I really want this Kane, but it’s almost as rare as elite series 12 now. Really expensive online. I got the undertaker in disguise and put the Kane head but I prefer the one sleeve version
It's not a voice changer, it's called an "electrolarynx". At that time, the storyline was Kane's vocal chords we're damaged in the fire the Undertaker caused when they were children. The only way he could talk was by using an electrolarynx. This is most commonly used by people who have had throat cancer (commonly smokers) and lost their voicebox due to their ailments. The sound that comes out of it sounds robotic.
