Example: "you had to kill me but it killed you just the same" becomes Peeta being brainwashed into hating Katniss to the point of wanting to kill her but in his saner moments the idea that he might kill her or anyone else devastates him. Also, "you turned into your worst fears." Peeta's worst fear was being turned into a monster by the Capitol. Thankfully, this wasn't how their story ended!
