Hi For work in Canada, you need to get a Canadian work permit or a Canadian PR , which is far easy than getting permission to work in USA. You might need to build connection (via LinkedIn) with the company executive or with someone who is working in Canada and then need to search for opportunity with them. But do remember generally Canadian people get preference over other for the jobs. you might also need to up skill yourself as Canadian job market is very competitive. For USA , easiest way to get the job , you need to be in company who has office in USA and you would be able to take a transfer. Hope this help
Hi thanks for asking. For USA: There are some ways 1. Go to USA for Higher Studies and then get college placement - It require huge college fee and at least 1 year of course 2. Get a job with any US company in India and then try to get a transfer. - This will also attract some years to get established in the job and then get the transfer. 3. Directly hunt for jobs in USA. - This is a bit tough as it attract legal complication (VISA nd Work permit etc) For Canada: Apart from the above 1-2 ways You need to take a PR first , as people with PR get the priority in jobs and the you need to search jobs with your connection. Jobs in canada also has higher competition , as many people recently shift there with PR. Earning In Both US and Canada you can earn median salary of $ 60,000 - $ 80,000, Even more depend on your skill and exp. Additional Tips 1. Join logistics and supply chain management associations in the USA or Canada to get access to job boards, resources, and networking opportunities. USA: APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management), CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals). Canada: Supply Chain Canada (formerly the Supply Chain Management Association), CITT (Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation). 2. Some regions in the USA (like California, Texas, and New York) and Canada (like Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta) may have more job opportunities in the logistics sector. Hope This help
