Siyabonga Gxabhashe, you are nailing your interview straight to the point. Dr John Mandlakayise Hlophe is not going anywhere as he represent the civic organisation which is MK. He is not there as a judge which position he was forced to relinquish. Amagwala ayavevezela qha!!!

He is not a role model for morality and ethics, but a role model for MK party and its followers. He was kicked out of the judiciary , shameful and disgraced. In the eyes of those South Africans , who still believe in justice, ethics and morals as our core foundation of our existence, he is unethical and shameful and should not serve in any capacity of the govt. Disgraced and a bully He will never tell the truth and he will always blame others for his unethical behaviour. Nevertheless, SA parliament is a place of crooks and corruptiers , forgive me, to those who are still truthful honourable to the law and the people of this country. To MK part and its followers, he's deployed to parliament and to the JSC to continue fighting Zuma's disgraced battles; nothing else. It's a shame indeed.

Well done my brother for standing up and representing the Former Judge President Hlophe, its not easy to represent someone who is publicly tarnished. Your bravery will be vindicated one day!!
In South Africa we need to be consistent, what's good for the goose must be good for the gander. If Judge Hlophe is so unethical, what about the big five SCA judges that we have constantly heard of on the JSC interviews whom are alleged to have been intimidating women and junior acting judges? When are we going to investigate that and bring those judges to book!! That in itself has tainted the SCA however nothing has happened.
Chief Justice Mogoeng warned us to be consistent and not attend to corruption in particular segments of society and leave out the others. Failure of which a reasonable we will never build a credible and ethical state.

    Second:
    A. The president himself was said to have a case to answer in connection with foreign notes found in his farm
    B. We heard during state capture commission he was implicated in a company which has been found on the wrong side of law in the US

When is influencing a crime in the world. Even this interviewer is trying to influence the viewers with her views. Educating and Training people is considered as another form of influencing people psychologically and behaviorally. Lawyers influence judges to arrive at a preferential judgement in courts, politicians to voters, business to customers, teachers to students and so on. Senior judges/justices mentor junior judges/justices, that the nature and nurture of the business. The main question is whether the act of influence done through bribes, threats, manipulation, pressurized or cohesion. I don't understand why the ANC inherited the apartheid systen to rule over us with soft power. This Roman Dutch laws and their constitution is the fall of a black man. A spider web and dragon lure to ensure we circulate in the same place without progress while the land and coastal economy stay in the enemies hands.
