You can use an astro van steering box. There is a certain year that had the same bolt pattern but had a forward facing arm instead of the jeeps rear facing arm. Will give you around 6 inches of front stretch in the stock holes.
Swapping tons into my tj right now, ox locker in the front grizzly in the back and going to be building my long arms like you did. Gunna have to run coil springs for a while until I can drop another chunk on coilovers but hope it comes out even close to what yours has. Super clean build, man. My axles are from an 06 f350. Brackets heims and steering etc from Barnes.
I know it’s been a while since this was posted but I was wondering if you knew how much overall lift you have with the coilovers just got my front finished and was wanting to compare the flex in your other video I’ve got fox 2.0 12 inch coilovers
I just put a poison spyder roll cage in my TJ. Are those pool noodles on the back? I need to put some kind of padding there before I put the seat back in.
Hi friend. can you help me. I want to put coilovers on my jeep wrnagler and j from 14 in on and 16 in back. What pounds of springs do you recommend. I want to go fast and comfortable and use offroad rally race. The weight of the vehicle is 4000 pounds all. four link rear and front. Thanks in advance
Just seen this, so spring rates can be tricky as spring placement can change the rates. Depending on how you angle the coilovers can change how the weight pushes the spring down. The best thing most do is order the coilovers and then you can get an idea of how it sits. Also with high speed you will want more uptravel so you’re not bottoming out on bump stops. Check out my coilover spring rate video to give you an idea on mine.
I know a lot of people talk down about Shittybilt but it did great. It got so hot I burned up the motor. LOL!
Yeah I have no complaints at all. To me a good winch is one that works when you need it.

I believe it's the 95+ 2wd box. They cam also be tapped for hydro.
Correct I think it’s the non snow plow one. I was going to do that but it puts the pitman arm out where the rocks can hit it easier
Great looking jeep man keep the vids coming
Thanks a lot!
Looks like a absolutely sick tj mate

micah haislett nice! Yeah it gets expensive which is why these builds can take some time. I’m leaning toward ox lockers as well.

It’s running about 5 to 6 inches uptravel with 14” coilovers front and rear. Check out my other video of it flexing out.
Love the seamless armor man. Great build all around
Pat Pollifrone thanks a lot!
Pat Pollifrone thanks was a lot of welding for the armor but I’m happy with it.

Jordan Clark no they’re actually roll bar padding. I want to say I ordered them from speedway motors.
@@CardinalOffroad Thanks. I'll check there.
