For me an aid doesn’t work because I have severe loss in high frequency in my right ear (sudden loss)

Have you had your ears tested? Any audiologist will determine your situation on how to rectify your hearing loss, especially if it's severe.

Think about getting an MRI to ensure you don’t have vestibular schwannoma.
