Just got back from London show and hearing this song again was overwhelming, I remember being at that first NYC tour and being introduced to how amazing Miku and Vocaloids really is. Now it's been five years ahhhh! What happened to all that time?! How has it been so long since she scared the crap out of David Letterman?!
This was my first Miku song. (Or vocaloid song in general.) I listened to it when it first came out. I’m literally crying out of nostalgia. Thank you, Crypton, for giving us the opportunity to experience these wonderful things.

Memorable sure, but also controversial because this song tuned pretty bad, so bad even japanese retuned version is so much better and much more like Miku singing than this original version. This one feels like Rin/Len singing rather than Miku, its so disappointing, i don't even understand why this song is choosed for Miku Expo, looks like someone didn't do their job correctly.
I love this song. The tuning is absolutely amazing. I know first hand how difficult it is to tune Miku’s English, but this song throws all of that out the window. The words are so clear to understand.
I just came back from the concert and this was the first song played there. AMAZING quality, and it was SO much fun! It really put me to tears, and seriously. If you haven't attended, GO! It's NOTHING like you'd see on video, blueray or even tv shows. This is Quite the experience, and I would so 10/10 attend again!

I LOVE this song. I was so incredibly lucky to be able to see Miku here in New York, I couldn't believe she came to my state and I wouldn't have been able to see her if she hadn't been so close. I was so excited to hear her sing this song in concert. Though I hadn't gotten to listen to it before and didn't know the words, I knew it was a popular new song with her new English voicebank. And even though I felt in the dark about this song, I was in awe and felt this incredible feeling inside as I stood there cheering her on in concert. Because even though I couldn't understand it, I did understand that by being there, in her presence and in the presence of so many other Miku fans, that it was an incredible thing. It was bigger than just me, or the fans, or even Miku herself. It was a powerful feeling of belonging somewhere and being accepted. All of us there together celebrating something that meant the world to us. Everyone sharing that incredible feeling of being there. Everyone Sharing The World of Vocaloid. Sharing The World with Miku. Now I've finally had the chance to listen to the song and see the lyrics, and I literally started crying. It's so amazing and wonderful. I think it's a perfect song for Miku. It truly describes how people are coming together, and how we are all inspired as Miku fills our hearts with hope and happiness. So even though, yes, her English voice isn't the best (It's practically brand new still, there's still much work that needs to be done for it to be better, more understandable with better pronunciation and such) this is an amazing song. And I'll admit that at first I was pretty skeptical about her having an English voicebank. But now that I hear it, it just feels so meaningful that it exists. I mean, for her to have come so far to even have an English voicebank, by becoming so popular and so known around the world, it's huge. She has come so far the past few years, her append versions and now in English. It hurts to see so many people bashing her English voice. How can you be a TRUE Miku fan if you do that? You should embrace it and feel happy that she has come so far, and be proud to be a fan of something so amazing. I know that as a Miku fan, I'll be here to support her through this and her rising fame, and see the day when her English voice sounds incredible, and beyond that. I will always be proud to stand by Miku no matter what because she gives me hope and inspires me every day. And that's how all of us fans should feel. Proud to be Miku fans. Ugh, I am sick and tired of complains about Miku's English voicebank. Come on, if _you_ ever tried to learn a new language, it would probably sound somewhat crappy at first. Besides, Saki Fujita (Miku's voice actress) worked really hard just so you can compose English songs with Miku, so don't complain. Also, don't even _try_ to hate on me for this comment. If I see any negative replies I will just ignore them.

She does have a voice actress. The computer generates the voice using the original footprint of said actress. I read that article a long time ago so it would need checking, but that's what I remember.
+Pixel Bunny What he said is correct. How it works, is someone records different fragments of speech, which is much easier in Japanese due to the hiragana alphabet with an extremely HD microphone, and then roboticizes the voice. You can actually make your own "vocaloid", look up UTAU.

see whats interesting about people complaining about her english voice are not truly fans of miku i feel like. The idea of vocaloids is to bring a human feel to the characters and just enjoy the music they make. I think it was super cool to make the first song (as far as i know) an english themed song towards the western world. That shows that the creators of miku really want the western part of the world to enjoy miku. I mean yeah sure we have been enjoying here through her normal japanese self but i think what they are trying to get at is we can enjoy her in our native tongue to make our joy towards her that much more special. If you know what i mean. I personally love IA over Miku cause she was the vocaloid who started my liking towards them. I think we should just apprechiate that the makers of vocaloids are thinking of the entire world. The thing is, Miku and every other Vocaloid were created with the intention of an almost perfect vocal to eliminate the hassle of looking for the best sounding singer. If Miku can't pronounce words then people will pass her up for better English voicebanks- and there are a whole load of really good English Vocaloids!

Her voice is very beautiful in this song. She's not understandable, yes, that is one problem, but the voice itself is splendid.

That shows that the creators of miku really want the western part of the world to enjoy miku. I mean yeah sure we have been enjoying here through her normal japanese self but i think what they are trying to get at is we can enjoy her in our native tongue to make our joy towards her that much more special. If you know what i mean. I personally love IA over Miku cause she was the vocaloid who started my liking towards them. I think we should just apprechiate that the makers of vocaloids are thinking of the entire world. So i mean come on guys just enjoy the music! and Miku is one of the few that i know (fairly new to vocaloids) to be giving tours AROUND THE WORLD how cool is that? thats what makes this song that much more special.

miku is a synthesized voice not a hologram
The thing is, Miku and every other Vocaloid were created with the intention of an almost perfect vocal to eliminate the hassle of looking for the best sounding singer. If Miku can't pronounce words then people will pass her up for better English voicebanks- and there are a whole load of really good English Vocaloids!
There's nothing wrong with miku's english voicebank its just this song has terrible tuning
