There are covers that can go over the sticky backside of the handle, without needing to replace the whole handle.
Great job mate. I think a heap of people are going to need this guidance considering BMW’s choice of material for the handles. This soft touch rubber stuff is a complete failure on any product it’s used on. Hopefully manufacturers stop using it. The two internal screws seem like an unnecessary nuisance too. Otherwise replacing that handle would have been a much easier job.
