Welcome back LTTA Fam! In today's episode, I'll discuss some of the transformative experiences I've had lately. First up, I'm sharing the thrill and nerves of hosting my very first live podcast event-it was everything I imagined and more! Then, I'll take you through the emotional journey of cutting my hair all off, which turned out to be a moment of true liberation.
I’m also going to share a little bit of the behind-the-scenes of my recent comedy show in Vegas. I got to open up for amazing legends like the singer Brandy, Lloyd , Kelly Price plus more !
But it's not all glitz and glamour. This episode is about more than just these events. I'm opening up about the importance of pushing through life's tough transitions and the power of practicing detachment. Sometimes, letting go is the best way to move forward. I love how she saw that people weren’t feeling the vlogs at the beginning and instead of taking them away, she shortened them. Perfect example of considering your audience/supporters while still being THE CREATOR!
Kinda annoying though because there are many of us that loved the vlogs.
It’s something so BEAUTIFUL about this episode! Bare faced, the hair, the glowing skin! The vulnerability & transparency. The episode spoke DIRECTLY to me!!! You have a “preaching” spirit that is just so indescribable.. Love you B! You’re not alone in this season! 💜

I cut my hair January 1st 2024 I had to detach and have a new beginning trusting God and surrendering all to Him. Allowing His lead and guidance .. my gaze and focus is on Him as I let go and let God!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾
WHOOO!!! “Refining and redifining myself in this season. I will NEVER be in this place again.” That touched me DEEPLY. I am here and I am persevering. I cannot wait to get through, but I am reminding myself to appreciate the journey & what God is teaching me, or re-teaching me.
The message of this episode hit so hard because, EVERYTHING you spoke on hit hard. I'm currently growing out my own hair, I'm currently healing spiritually trying to practice detachment. EVERYTHING you spoke on felt like I had talked to you on my current struggles . Wow, I always knew god and I are like 🤞 but when little sprinkles like this make me continue to know that God's got me.

I comment rarely. Very rarely. I watch Meg but THIS message and CONTINUED messaging like this is so important. Meg takes you to God, which is fine she has to do it on a more relatable level for those that are on thier way. THIS message though, is relatable and necessary. It doesn't have to be a Godly perfect podcast, it can just be we're "working on it, my consistency with God gotta be better" -B Simone.
I totally understand this. I personally believe where Meg is in her relationship with Christ is a direct reflection of her podcast. To me, it’s highly relatable because similar to her I went through a season in my life where I honestly broke down in having the conviction to surrender completely to God. To those that are on their way, I can see how B’s pod is more relatable. Ultimately, I think the world in general has to hold space and accept them both for where they are & who they are. This is by no means an attack on you personally btw! It’s just my general opinion.
Thought it wasn’t relatable to you ,Megan ‘s podcast is very relatable to those on a different lever of their spiritual life,But why did you have to come on her podcast talking about Megan’s Both ladies are very inspiring and doing God’s work through their podcast and are great at it…the comparison spirit in our community is really diabolical since that’s the word everyone using now.
HONEYYYYYY this episode gave me chills! I’m in the most uncomfortable season of my life & the biggest lesson that I’m learning is NOT TO RUSH, take my time & do it the right way. I would pray & pray for my situations to change but would not move. Steady repeating the same cycles. God said ok, you don’t want to move when I tell you to so I’m about to shake things up. Chile he shook some things up. I can’t even give credit to the enemy, I know this is nobody but God transitioning me. I’ve been in my own way for YEARSSSS but right now I’m learning to give God complete control. The enemy wants my mind so bad but I’m pushing through this & not going backwards. Thank you babygirl, this was the reassurance I needed! It’s time to stop straddling the fence & let God move in my life the way HE wants!

I started my journey when I graduated last year. It’s crazy how you said you’re in the season of forgiveness that resonates with me.I was watching a video last week and It inspired me to make a forgiveness list , where I list all the people I’ve not spoken to or don’t really have a great relationship with because some of the things that happens in my childhood. This is the beginning of that I’m calling my auntie today and expressing how I feel to her and how I want us to try this again.
I just cut my hair 2 days ago and ever since I got baptized I’ve been spiritually attacked more and more but I’m learning to fight with prayer , watching sermons , and worshiping so thank you for confirming what god needed me to hear 💕
This is a word B. Keep sharing your testimony. You are an inspiration to others to get up, heal, grow and build a relationship with God.

Wheww 🙌🏾 this right here! I’m in a season of leaving a (ministry) that I’ve been at since I was younger. Started going there because my Mom took me there when I lived with her. Of course it’s some family members there. Family sometimes don’t understand that ITS OK TO LEAVE AND GROW SOMEWHERE ELSE…they don’t wanna accept that. So this is so good!!!

When I say you are 1000% in my life … I am exactly at the point in my life… when I say God has a way of letting you see yourself on the outside that is truly what is happening… I really hope one day you allow guest that are just regular people with the same/similar perspective and just open topics I would love to seat down with you …. I’m literally writing my book and I don’t have a title just yet.. my the lord allowed me to have a ministry called HEARTS it’s an acronym and because it’s not official I’m don’t want to release just yet … but I so grateful for the podcast and you because you literally and I really mean literally are exactly where I am and that is why I tune in

I think sometimes like what would life be like if we just came healed and came already perfect and together and just followed a script until we perished… it sounds so nice and safe. But we all would be so well rounded that the beauty of our unique journeys would be nonexistent. And I think that is what colors life. For example.. we are enjoying YOU for your own unique journey, story, and talents. Which gives us something to learn from & feel good about. The tough times hurt like hell but they truly make us who we are! When we’re young, our brain isn’t even developed enough to process certain things which leads to us not having awareness about things that we need to change and be better at. Life unfolds exactly as it should.. even the ugly deep rooted parts.
If there is anyone standing and breathing on this earth that needs this talk is me. Lord I thank you for her being the voice you used to get this to us. Y’all we are going to be okay!! It is not what it looks like, it’s the endurance we must have. The greatest love story EVER told is JESUS CHRIST. ❤I truly needed this .
