    It sucks he lost that quick first step, if he still had that he would be regarded higher. But I love how he has been able to adjust his game and gets his teamates more involed, along with taking more jumpshots and less forcing his way to the rim. His high efficiency shooting is allowing him to still get around the defense when players guard to close

    Whats mind boggling to me is how efficient the nba has gotten. You list of half court plays had only 1 item in the top 8 that was more than 5 years ago. We can all bring up arguments that kobe, jordan or kareem are better 1on1 but to surpass 1.22 ppp without taking a lot of threes is very hard. How was this stat measured? Are free throws taken along? I mean, i almost cant believe it

    • @JT_Breakdowns
      @JT_Breakdowns  ปีที่แล้ว

      It is pretty crazy to think about. Free throws are not factored in. It’s takes the points scored from a type of play divided by the shot attempts of that play which then gives you points per possession. So if a player made two 3s on six catch and shoot shot attempts. That would be 6 points divided by 6 field goal attempts giving you 1 point per possession on catch and shoot threes.

      @@JT_Breakdownsare you sure? I found this formula: PT/(FGA+0.44*FTA+TO). It has to because the 55% efg%doesnt add up to more than 1.1 ppp
