@@misterasterisco5217 their heads are shaved so they aren’t covering hair. They don’t always wear head coverings and I’m guessing it feels nice on a bare head.

This dharma talk was so powerful, so healing. I truly appreciate it. My eyes wept and my breathing was sobbing as I listened deeply. Thank you greatly Sister Dang Nghiem 🙏🏻 This world is a better place because of Teacher Thay’s legacy and I’m thankful you, the Sisters and the Brothers in Plum Village are part of that legacy 💓

Thank you sister, this was so profound. I can see myself in your description of the trigger of mental formation. The challenge for me was how to get out of my head and drop in my heart. Since I had my calling with the passing of Thay, a whole word is opened and my soul is awakened. Please keep shining your light to humanity. I am now an adapt of mindfulness and I know the way out form my dharma is to drop in and accept myself as I am. A child of god. Blessings.

I don’t know how can I convince my son that all the electronic stuff and close the door is so unhealthy…. He won’t listen to me at all and reject everything.
This talk mostly listen people who are not fleeing in the electronic world…
So what can we do for others?? I am really helpless with my son :-(

Can the creator PLEASE remove the adds from the center of this meditation/talk? Its an amazing talk but incredibly jarring when the loud adds show up. I cannot listen to this in the evening or morning, and I’d really like to.

Dear Groominator, thank you for your message. This video does not have any adds included (meaning burned in in the original file). TH-cam sometimes stops a video to show adds, but that is beyond my control. If you want to watch this or other videos add free, you can go to www.evermind.media/bonus, where you find lots of free videos, mostly sharings by monastics. Enjoy and be well.

"You go thru yr life putting yourself out for an auction". Very poignant. But that's exactly what the "labor market" is all about. The phrase has always sounded somewhat like the slave market to me...
