The Gretsch is good, but I ultimately got the all mahogany PRS Tonore with the piezo as it was on sale (satin black top) and the tone is just what an acoustic sounds like in my head, and it’s LOUD for it’s size. Also like the sound hole controls.
I consider the Lava to be more of an electric with an integrated amp than anything resembling an acoustic instrument. Kind of cool, but not sure if it's for me.
the Harley Benton is nice. No laminated woods, good Pickup, Well Made. for 300 bucks a nobrainer. slotted headstock is Not my preference and if you search the gritty, bluesy parlour Sound its Not the guitar you seek because it Sounds very full for its size. almost Like a om
Anybody know what he’s playing on the first guitar right after the Pink Floyd part? I think I know it but can’t place what it is. Kinda sounds a little like the Netflix Punisher intro.
I would have loved to hear Lava me 3 through mic and not through piezo pickup. I don't seem to find any good comparisons between that and traditional wooden guitar.
You just heard it, in this video. The intro jam was me playing the Lava and recorded 100% with the mic in front of it. No pickup involved. The guitar sounds very warm acoustically. It's a very pleasing tone tbh. Cheers //Kris
Kris is dead right about those Gretsch Jim Dandy guitars. Every time I go to the acoustic section & there's one there I pick it up, play some generic old style blues and just smile. Often times more so than doing the same on $5000 guitars.
Hi! I'm curious, do you have one ? I really like the look of the guitar ,but is just me or the guitar is very tiny? I want to buy my first acústic guitar and I just love the way It looks but the size looks a bit strange to me
@@dr.cheeks3589 I don't have one. They're a bit of a one trick pony, but I like the trick. They are small as they are Parlour guitars. Not sure if it's the best option for a first guitar or an all rounder acoustic.
I still cannot get over HB as a brand name. Would have no issue w Thomann guitars or something actually meaning something, but HB just sounds like a name marketing department gives to some cheap aftershave or deodorant line (pls do correct me if HB does mean something..)
I like the technology involved in LAVA guitars but for some reason I think it takes "the magic" away. Great guitars Imho

The Gretsch is the perfect couch guitar. I love mine.
I have that harley benton parlour, it's brilliant, especially for the money!
„Say it ain‘t so“ on the Slash signature Epiphone. Made my day. Thank you M. Chenin.
The Gretsch looks like a ton of fun!

Shallow guitars making a comeback? Shallalaloo oooo ooo ooo
I’d have to go with the TOD10N

Nice bit of Pink Floyd thrown in. Thanks.

I love that Harley! I think that’ll be my next guitar
I hear a lot of good reviews about Eastman guitars. Why oh why Thomann does not sell this brand? Can somebody explain me?
PLEASE WHATS THE NAME OF THE SONG HE PLAYED WITH THE GRETSCH G9500? thanks
Yeah, the Jim Dandy is my favorite one , Nice :)
Where's Furch? Or are they all new 2022 models?
The Epiphone blew me away

Colter Wall - The devil wears a suit and tie
Needs Eastmans.

@@GitShiddy all right then, thanks for the reply
They ought to try a Guild Memoir DS240 that I think beats most of these, but the Eastman E20SS-V-sb would be best. My favorite? MARTIN Super D Koa.
J45 has a vintage tone
