It's time to get the FXDX Handlebars and Foot Controls dialed in. We took off all the old and tattered parts for some fresh Thrashin parts. What started out as a quick morning job turned into an all day deal and a pit stop to the world famous Dan's Super Subs on Ventura Blvd.

I LOVE how meticulous you guys are with your attention to detail and building it the right way once. I have buddies who do it the opposite, always working on their bikes, drives me CRAZY. I love the pullbacks especially since the FXDX rake is so narrow it helps with comfort.

Glad to see how slick that Mikuni carb is working out for you. Gotta try out Dan's Super Subs. I have a dining rule of thumb. If the place is busy and you see a lot of older, heavy set Galen type people eating there.... the food is highly likely to be worth checking out. People don't get big eating crummy tasting meals. They're the Pro's on the subject matter.

Lads, ive been going through this same situation with my 2009 fxdc. Just replaced the old risers and bars. The wiring was the same with the old c big clips. Has taken me ages to re-wire and add extensions 😩! Happy to see you boys finding the same issues 😁 love the vlogs 🔥🔥

This build series has been awesome. Have an 01 FXDX as well, amazing bikes. I would love to see you guys do a front brake conversion to the brembo calipers and 11.8 inch rotors so I know exactly what I need to do it lol! Keep up the great work! 🤘🤘
Love the vlogs, the best part is I live in Canoga Park and love seeing the riding in the west valley! Dan's is no question the best sub place around!!! I already have the foot pegs, shifter and linkage for my Dyna Lowrider, saving up for the risers and bars next!

Early model dyna is the best for stunts. Better wheel base, length, lighter front end. If Jaun hops on it he’ll be popping 12s all day.
Not to tell U your business bro's but as you know, I'm sure, the cam chest needs to be torn into to at least check or replace the tensioners, ofcourse you'll go with "red" cams, cam plate, high flo oil pump, bearings, etc, but I'd hate to see the tensioners fail. Beautiful job on the bike, You Guys effn Rock🤘
Previous owner claims to have already done the chain tensioner upgrade 👍🏻 when we have the time and gaskets we will take a peak 👁️ if the engine grenades… I guess will have to put a 131” in it 😜

Hey Thrashing when I called I was told not to put loctite on the upper clamp bolts and only the bottom risers bolts and here I see you putting it on the upper clamp bolts? Please advise.

I can’t wait to install the Thrashin risers on my dyna. Those look great on that FXDX. Does anyone know if you need to get new cables for a stock 2015 FXDB if you’re putting the 8 inch straight risers with the mid bend bars. I think the stock bars are 10 inches.

I have a 2003 Harley Davidson dyna super glide is 38,000 miles high for the bike and how do I get the right length throttle and clutch and brake cable when I buys rises and bars from yell
so how wide were those midbend bars? I've bought 2 sets,one in black,the other chrome.the chole bars were 33 inch's! the black was 31,both were agressive!I cut an inch off both sides also!
