Needs an english version. To simplify this, the reasons for all this are the property bubble and secondly, the peg to INR. Property has massively boosted artificial wealth in Nepal without increasing production or productivity. Therefore, there's nothing people can spend their property wealth on except imports and consequently, deplete foreign reserves. Exporters only accepts USD due to the NPR having no value outside Nepal borders. This is also exacerbated due to the peg with the INR, which makes NPR over valued. This crisis is a long time coming and this global debt/inflationary reset sadly risk destroying the Nepalese economy and these property wealth will vanish into thin air. The country needs to produce and stop sitting idle while waiting for property value to appreciate as those days are now over!

Lower Government expenditure capacity n increasing Public Debt are also the major determinants that's causing credit crush in Banking sector of Nepal,,,
No productivity No export No Investment are increasing in Nepal And people are busy to wait for the increasement of Realstates .Similarly Government has no vision They dont even have money to give salary to the employees . Banking sector already facing liquidity crisis and Taxes , Cost is increasing heavily. So the economy is collapsing and soon Nepalese are going to face crisis .
Failed examples of communist and socialist economic policy in the world. 1. The Soviet Union, due to bad economic policies divided into 16 pieces. 2-After the death of Mao, in 1975 China adopted privatization policy. 3- After Nehru's socialism failed, India adopted a privatization policy in 1990. 4- In Nepal communists and socialists are complete failure too.
