Having said that, the clear visibility of the picture isn't by accident -- _nothing_ in animation is done by accident -- so there's likely some significance to its placement on the wall.

Well as we saw in previous Hellaverse content (Helluva Boss,Addict and the A day in the afterlife comic) Hell has fauna but it usually sports demonic traits such as multiple eyes, horns and/or extra limbs but there also breeds that look a lot like earths animals like the birds Alastor fed in the comic and we got to see fish in an aquarium in Addict, the former having a violent behavior .
