Sitz bath are compulsory… it gives lot of relief while you are working on your constipation and all long term issues . Maine nahi kiya tha sitz bath to bahot bahot pain badh gaya but when I started it gave me constant relief. Also you can take ABHYARISTH(A.F.I) 4spoons post food.
