    I said it before, but it still holds: You should be paid by the Portugese tourist board.
    YOur videos does more to the countrys appeal than most PR videos they manage to produce.

    Always nice to see u upload .
    Bought a bike after watching alot of ur videos . Now a month later my dad got one too lol .
    I m someone who never leaves home . I work . Have fun . And do everything from home . I dont like people . Parties etc . So i basically sit on the same chair all day for the last 4 to 5 years . I can say that i get tired suuper fast . When i first bought it i get exhausted in the first 5 minutes . Now i can stay up to 25 to 30 minutes cycling depending on weather etc . Any tips for how to cycle for long periods without getting too exhausted that you cant continue ? ( again , i dont do any exercice at all ither than the casual bike rides so .... )

      Pacing yourself is the most effective way to go longer distances, don’t do bursts of speed if you can help yourself. Longer duration will come with more rides, everyone’s got to start somewhere! Happy riding

      Create a daily "commute" for yourself: make a round of let's say 15 minutes in the morning before you get to work, and in the afternoon, when you're done. It's good to get your heart rate go up 2 or 3 times a day. You don't have to go fast to get it up. 15 Minutes is not too long, but doing it every day, at your own pace, simply builds up your shape. You might want to test yourself with a longer trip once a week. It could be nice to combine it with activities like shopping if it gives it more purpose. If you want to loose weight, then keep a pace at which you can speak easily, and not get out of breath. Just relax doing it, and if you keep at it long enough, you'll be able to speed it up or take longer commutes and tours easily. Go for it!

    • @SynisterGatess07
      @SynisterGatess07 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@peterslegers6121 Thanks for the tips , i never tried doing twice a day , usually i go just once every two - 3 days . i ll try picking up the pace to twice a day or at least once a day !
      surprisingly tho , i don't need to loose any weight i m actually skinny , even tho i never exercise or go out .

      @@SynisterGatess07 You're welcome.😉Training 2 or 3 times a week is great if you want to maintain a certain level of fitness, but it doesn't give a boost. Raising the everyday activity, step by step, will. When you've been inactive for a long time, or come back from injury, your muscles and tendons need some time to get used to the raised activity. So if you get too fanatic, with too little rest, it might lead to injury. Moderate pacing, as Christian said, is the key. The commute, as a new habit, will preserve and expand your energy without thinking too much about it.

      @@peterslegers6121 done 45 minutes today . Really happy about it :D
      . Kept a moderate speed didnt go for a high effort . Tried to keep a speed at which i can speak more or less . Was real fun. thanks again

    Portugal was one of a country to visit to me. According to my job i,ve spent more than 3 weeks in Lisbon. I've loved the city. I was suprised that IT looks sometimes like rural area but actually it makes the city exceptionel. I wish to have time to ride that route.. its really beatyful. Thanks for Your videos, they are awesome 👍 greetings from Poland

      Sim, a parte asfaltada termina nesse local, depois reaparece mais perto de Vouzela e julgo que reaparece de novo mais perto de Viseu. Como estava farto de terra batida decidi apanhar a calma nacional paralela à ecopista. Se for numa btt julgo que nunca terá de sair embora nalguns cruzamentos encontre aquelas pequenas barreiras.
