i learned the hard way to never hide behind a rock. It offers no protection, just obstructs your view of incoming attacks. *valstrax beam hits through rocks*
I had a run with some friends, one of them was facing Scorned Magna for the first time. He figured he was at a pretty healthy distance and was behind a small cliff face when the Magna started charging it's red sweeping beam. He learned a valuable lesson that day.
I love all the panic wire bug dodges, I did the same for a long time. Until I learned that all MR monsters have a follow up punisher so it's best to just stay on the ground after a hit
I seen too many ppl do that in my hunts, I can only assume they are super impatient and want to get into the fight. Take the hit and stay down, the monster isn't going anywhere.
@@Gang3rs Yeah but, as many players are.. and me as well, we are just too agressive and don't consider every single movement the monster makes (also because after a few weeks of non-playing i forget any monster's movesets i ever saw)
@@Gang3rs Exactly. As a GS main, I'd rather save my wirebugs for Strongarm Stance anyway. I sometimes get impatient and wirefall out of habit, but otherwise I stay on the ground unless I know I'll be hit as soon as I get up (if I'm on the ground near Seething Bazelgeuse's scales, for example).
@TDS I really hope you would start the "Epic Moments" series. I enjoy those way more. Besides your 2 videos there's actually no real epic compilation on youtube.

World Babies must have an aneurism looking at the older MH games. "Why is this game not in 8K 120FPS with RTX on every blade of grass?" I swear some of you guys only play games to look at overly detailed graphics, and it's most likely the ones who started with world acting like this because it always is.

@Vladorac any movement input and the jump button too I’m pretty sure. You can mash all at once or just do one.
Mash everything and rotate. You'll wake up way sooner. Same goes for older games.

alot of people got used to just wire bugging after they get hit in base game so people get fucked when sunbreak added the extra attacks to punish that
