@@oscarchen4509 yes up until you no longer need a dedicated Single target guard. she will usually outperform Mato at the same levels. (sad but true) but 4 stars will scale into elite 2, so once you can promote to E2 then she will fall off.

Really puts into perspective how strong the operators are. If this is what a 2 star is capable of, imagine the 5 and 6 stars in action.
Well she’s supposed to be much stronger than the game gives her credit, so the artwork is probably reflecting how strong she is in lore rather than gameplay.
Conversely, what would your average Reunion grunt be able to do?

Sometimes I wonder if this Yato's imagination to actually be useful and powerful operator on the battlefield which is actually really cool!!!
The problem is that they capped her at like E0 Lvl 30.

So the scene is: this is from Arknights, a mobile tower defense game. The woman in the middle is Yato, the very first Vanguard that you get. She has no use after like two missions when you get better Operators but still, she can slice bottles in half and beat the crap outta you.
Now is used to aggro and basic meat sack for others....

As someone who does not play nor know what Arknights is and was utterly confused by this comment section, I thank you.
I really hope that one day Arknights adds an event or item that gives the 2-Star Operators like Yato the equivalent of an Ascension and sufficient power to catch up with the higher-rarity Operators. Yato, 12F, Rangers and Noir Courne all deserve it at least in my account for getting shit DONE.
Love this art of Yato: it's what she'd be like if her in-game stats reflected her lore where she's considered a great field commander, one of the most experienced, dependable and mobile Operators in all of Rhodes Island.
Or like a 6 star version of Yato
tronus571 they should make a 3rd promotion that gives the operator 1 more star or two in some special cases
I would be fine with voucher from red cert shop turning Yato and Noir into 5* ops. Yato could be 5* Skadi (decreased redeploy time, boss killer set) and Noir could be Enemity Defender

With her fast redeploy and the right setup, and effort on your part to keep deploying her non stop, you can stall any enemy in an attack animation, perhaps keeping them in range of the actual damage dealer. Like a shadow clone, she dies in one hit, only to pop up again instantly. For those of you with a good imagination, you can see how cool a scene that would look like animated.

i hope one day we will get a new upgrading system that could make 2 star and 3 star operator get more powerfull and unlock new talents that would make them as powerfull as a 6 star operator, some sort of "true potential"
