I love this. Tori Kelly is one of the most talented vocalist in today's generation of "artists". She's not just a singer, she's a musician that can sing & yes, there's a difference. With that being said, my worry for her is that with today's generation, Many do NOT support true artistry, many do not appreciate real musicians, many do not appreciate real music, many do not support real singers!!!! therefor now allowing artists like Tori Kelly succeed. Other examples of this horrible situation are artist like India Arie & Jazmine Sullivan. Both incredible singers, songwriter, yet not appreciated or supported enough. We are so quick to come on TH-cam and comment "yas","Queen","slay" or "omg that riffs and those runs", yet when the artist releases a song, EP, and/or album. There is absolutely almost no support, which then we go to the "oh she's so underrated and people don't give her enough credit... Well that's because some people are out there supporting shit music!!! (I have bought everything song Tori Kelly had released and I also have her EP.) so please, support her in her journey, BUY her music because she cannot go unnoticed. She has worked her ass off and will continue to work!!! If we don't support her she's just going to always be "she's so underrated, but she can sing". SUPPORT, SUPPORT, SUPPORT. She needs us, as much as we need her incredible songs!!!

Ariana is a great singer no doubt, she has grown to stand on her own as a highly respected artist complete with original content of her own. I am sure she's drawn inspiration or sampled from others work but she's created enough on her own to be considered her own artist as well. maybe you've yet to really listen and go through her albums, i bet if you did seriously you'd think a little differently.
