Its easier to hit the eye than the recoiless or the EAT because its laser guided. With this and a stun grenade you can actually take out multiple grouped hulks.
Wow! I'm already impressed by the Commando! I really missed out on this thing in the first Helldivers! Glad to know it's another reliable option to deal with heavies and gunships, and since it's a quick, expendable weapon like the EAT, I can probably run this with another support weapon to help cover its weaknesses.
Is your PC beefy at all? I notice every vid you’re able to keep really stable frames with virtually no dropping and it just looks really nice overall and I’d like to replicate it if possible with my decent rig.
Nah, it's pretty mid, on an oldish 3060 and my framerate falls below what most people would consider reasonable. I think the video rendering process helps to keep it looking smooth, it's also not true 4k, I just process it that way to fool YT into using better compression settings. If you want my settings I replied to another comment with them!
How do you get access to this stratagem? I've looked everywhere. Well, except X-45 itself, but that's not available for mission as I'm writing this. Do I have to wait until the bots assault the planet?
It was available on X-45, but if that's not being defended you"ll have to wait - hopefully we'll get full access once the MO is done, I really want to try it out vs bugs too
Please just take 0.25 seconds to aim for the devastator oneshot. You're driving me crazy wasting a full clip per devastator with a SNIPER. Otherwise fan of the channel, keep it up!

I don't think so, the icon is almost identical to the spear so it is meant to be a Spear-like-EAT kinda thing
