Ingredients:
Ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
Tamarind pulp
Jaggery, grated
Red chili powder
Salt
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Fenugreek seeds
Hing (asafoetida)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ginger: Peel and thinly slice the ginger.
Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the sliced ginger, tamarind pulp, jaggery, red chili powder, salt, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, and hing.
