Btw I have a small doubt, to find the middle person in the last salary question, why do we add 1 to the total number of people before dividing by 2?

Hey man My GRE is in 2 days. I wanted to thank you again for all the well thought out videos.
Here's some suggestions for you - I think you should "upgrade" your thumbnails to more interesting ones. Like you could add your photo as if you're confused about a core question like "is Mean=median?"
But keep the titles same. Or better yet, make a chronologically ordererd playlist for them. like
    Week 1 Lec 1: Divisibility
    Week 1 Lec 2: Factorization

Great video and I just want to add a comment in passing - in case anyone is like me, and constantly gets the median and the mode mixed up ... I have found a way to remember it now. I simply think of road medians, which are found in the middle of two lanes and have like a tuft of grass or signage, etc. Ok... That third word problem you did. Those are the tricky ones....When there is an associate graph or chart or table... those are tough. Thanks!

Do I choose the 2nd or the 3rd person? (this is an easy example for illustration, I understand the middle person of 5 is clearly #3)! Thank you for your help!
