hey for some of the folks watchin this vid that dont have 2 buttons, look for a lil hole where the recessed button should be. jam the inner part of a ball point pen (ink stick) in there as u depress the other button and it will come out. its like this on the newer chevy colorados and i imagine other models as well
Not all heroes wear capes, I've been trying put seat covers on my Silverado for the last 20 minutes looking like a dipshit in my driveway. Excellent video, very helpful, short, sweet, and to the point. You guys earned a subscriber today from pure professionalism. Cheers!
@@TigerTougha lot of terrains don't have that side button. You have to use something skinny like a paper clip to push into a hole like a reset button on a device.
Mine did not have a button on the second post. I had to insert a flat blade screw driver and push. It then could be lifted off. Of course had to hold both while lifting.
THANK YOU Oh my fucking GOD what a stupid design. My 4 year old has joint issues and is in a front facing carseat, this video was a godsend! I got the stupid headrest off and reclined the seat so she has support and can rest easily for the rest of our 7 hour drive Thank you!!
Shucks, we don't make a seat cover for the 94 so we don't have any experience taking those headrests off. I did find this video, hopefully it helps! th-cam.com/video/drX3ma3VTHI/w-d-xo.html
@@TigerTough Thanks it is a 3 row GMC Acadia SLE2. Used the pin hole and the headrests did come off but bad design because we wanted the head rests off for extra floor space with no head rests in way when seat was down, but the head rest bars stay in place and Do Not tip them back after you have taken head rests off bc if you do you have to put the head rests back on and start all over again to get the bars to stay out of the space you are trying to create in the first place. Thank you
