The one in the video is wrong.The real one does not have a hole in the centre of filter element, part no is interchangeable with 23390-64480.

What sized bolts did you use to plug the fuel lines?
Thread diameter 10mm from memory
How often should the fuel filter be changed? And how much Diesel did you put in the filter, Did you fill it all the way up?
It depends on the conditions the vehicle is used, towing heavy loads, in a cold country etc. As a general guide between 10,000 - 25,000 miles or roughly 15,000km - 40,000km or 12 - 24 months. Again depending on fuel quality, water content etc
