    Love the videos!! Bought 17×52 ss blazer back in July has 60/40 Merc big tiller. Wish I would have bought one alot sooner.

    I think I’m just going to have to build my own boat then stick a 60/40 on it. Looks like a great setup.

    Man that's cool where always ridin down there I leave outside of Paris. You should cross the bridge an take a right on 109 an go to iron bridge an put in on kiamichi it feeds into red

    Nice set, I'm starting to make a similar boat for long journeys over 200 miles, can you determine the average fuel consumption at cruising speed on this engine.

    • @DennisBohannan
      @DennisBohannan  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes I have the vessel view on it and It will give you miles till empty. It changes a lot depending on your load and how fast you going. I can average 7 to 9 miles per gallon light. Heavy around 4.

    Hey Dennis. Love the videos and information you put out. Is there any way to get in contact with you. I have a few questions regarding my jet. Thanks!

    How does that setup do for running lines? Like does it have enough power for you and a buddy and all your window weights and gear to still be able to get up on plane ok?

    • @DennisBohannan
      @DennisBohannan  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes plenty of power. When I am on a full out weekend fishing I typically have myself and 2 guys with cooler and live bait. I have actually yet to do that in this new boat here, but it won't be a problem

    • @five20too84
      @five20too84 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That’s good to know. I have a jet jon with a 255hp Rotax which is awesome but it’s not set up for lines. My fishing buddy has an 1856 AlWeld with a 115/80 that’s heavy and drinks gas. I think I’m gonna go for one like yours

    Do you like the big tiller more than the stick steer setup?

    • @DennisBohannan
      @DennisBohannan  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Probably over all. Mainly because of the room it does not take up. The stick and hot foot was fun and you could really drive it hard in hairy situation. With the big tiller to turn full left or right it is a far travel. With stick you barley moved.
