Ideally you want: Maw of the deep, Starfire Shard and Spiteful Blood. The rest is up to you. As for secondary stats, AP: 3.8k, Armor: 3.4k, Resistance and Potency at 2.5k

The four of them should just quit pvp and concentrate on pve 😂
