As I watched this video, it dawned on me that I like your way of setting up your budget more than I like any others. I've never wanted to try a system with pages already divided into categories, because I might need more room than is allowed. I like your system because it allows you to create the size you need for each category. That's genius! 😁 Yes..."construct it to your needs." That's the perfect way to say it!!

I don’t live in Texas but my electric bill company has an option to pay the same every month and then after 1 year I get a credit if I’ve over paid and if I’ve underpaid the bill would show the extra. I really like it and I’ve always gotten money back
I feel ya on the pen to paper method lol I'm a crafter so I'm always designing cute spreads for my notebook and working with my hands to fill everything in by writing on paper
