I grew up with Cliff as Uncle Ben from the first Spider-Man but when I saw this movie I was terrified of his acting in this movie and enjoyed it and the first moment I saw him I said Uncle Ben is a bad guy, RIP Cliff Robertson you will be missed
Cliff Robertson played Jack Kennedy in Pt. 109. He won an oscar for Charly. He played Shane on Batman series. Cliff Robertson and Henry Fonda tackles politics. He became Uncle Ben in Spiderman. One of our best actors
He would have been too old to play Charly by this time: I mean a guy in his forties behaving as Cliff did in some of the scenes in Charly looks convincing as a mentally challenged guy, but a guy in his seventies going around behaving like that would just look like any normal guy in his mid seventies!
