Very excited for you to show the training that goes into the dogs. I love the natural drive of the animals in the sport definitely a cool way to do it.
you have one hell of a pack well rounded but my fav is tron I really like him and I can now pick him out when he is trailing and treeing keep on hunting congrats on bliss she should have some great pups
Great looking hounds buddy. Would enjoy seeing a video of how your putting those purple Y Tex tags onto your collars. Looks like a slick set up. Gotta keep them ticks at bay.
Thank you! It’s pretty easy to do. I just wrap them around the collar and then run a zip tie through the hole of the tag and around the collar as well. Pull it tight as you can and cut the excess off with scissors.
Good looking pack man. I use those purple cattle tags too for ticks, you might wanna talk to a Vet...but I would take that tag off of that pregnant gyp now and definitely while she is nursing. As you know its an insecticide that is absorbed thru the skin, I dont know how it will effect a littler. You need to check out a Stephens cur, they have a good cold nose, small and open on the track. They use them in Kentucky alot on coon and out west on Mt. Lion. I have a couple on my channel if you wanna see one. Be safe this year. I enjoy your videos .👍
Good job understanding where your dogs line up i have a 1 year old waynes plott male. Im breaking him for bear hunting he is gritty with raccoons my problem is he face barks and barks alot 2 bad traits in my opinion makes for potentially bad races so he might be a pack dog and he may not make the cut for what I would like but he is still young and ill try my best to make the most of making him a good hunting hound if not he is still a good lovable dog
Well Kirk if you have any leftover pups out of that litter I would 150% take one! I have been amazed by your bliss dog ever since I first started watching your videos! She is a once in a lifetime hound! Also is she kemp bred also? I don’t think you said how she was bred in the video, But I do think you did mentioned her breeding in another video I just couldn’t remember. Keep up the good work I sure do love the videos especially the hound hunting ones. Adios Cameron Adams
Glad the TH-cam algorithm showed me your channel, I enjoy watching your videos with the pack working and doing what they do. Sub’d 👍🏽 looking forward to see more of your content and watch the pack grow.
i would love to do a collab with you and discuss dog breeding philosophies. i rabbit hunt and would also love to have you along on some swamp rabbits. and if you sweet talk me enough i might have to come join you on a bear hunt lmao either way thanks for the video and keep dog hunting alive
It does help with that but I only have 2 females and they’re easy to keep inside. The males on the other hand can be difficult. They want to pee on everything and are just more hard headed in general.
@@KirkPrice That's is so funny. I have 5 females and 4 males, all the males but 1 (who is only 1 year old is fixed). The females need to be separated at all times due to orneriness. It gets worse when one is in heat. The males get along much better. I have to have several kennels with runs keep the dogs that do get along together to bond and play. I keep the 4 easiest inside.
You said something so smart..... you have him figured out. knowing your dog is very important. when people get a see ing eye dog they are not training the dog they are training the handler. I hunted with a beagle guy and the dog would chase pheasants. he knew when the dog was on a bird.
Hi my name is Zack, I am looking for some pups and I was wondering if I can buy some from you in the fall, I live in delta,UT, and I have 2 dogs, one is getting ready to retire, and Mabey if I work the money for it, I would some of those pups and pay you, for a couple of those pups
Great video and your hounds are some good looking dogs and very good example of how dogs are supposed to be taking care of!!! I’m sure that rose pups are goin to be some screamers coming out of bliss!!!

Great point! I do need to take it off. I’m use to it being on there and hadn’t even considered it. Thanks man!
How do I start a walker pack new to hunting

I’d like to see their kennel, food you use, wireless fence etc. thanks
Does the Kemp line have July in it?
Great powerful pack Kirk 👏 , which blood is crossed on Blade, Baby and Brother
Kemp and Clyde has Finley river
@@KirkPrice thanks a lot bro . Do you plan to breed them ?
New sub who owns johnny... I'd like to see the sire 👍
Tron is a monster are u sure he's 100 percent walker because I want a Hound like that
We run two blue ticks and two walkers one being out of tequila sunrise. All great all around dogs and not trashy at all
question for you... what tick prevention method do you use? I have a headache of a time getting the dog tick free.
Have you ever thought about using beagle’s for hunting
Love you Chanel man. Great dogs.
Thanks for a great video. I love your content.
is a hound your fav animal🐕
Does Mike Kemp still sell dogs?

She’s 3/4 Kemp 1/4 redtick. Thank you!
Great crew! Did you try West-Siberian Likes? They are pretty good for bear, bobcat, elk and wild pig.
Thank you! No I’ve never tried them but I’ve saw how effective they can be. Really cool dogs
If you ever do any guided bear hunts let me know….would love to go out and give it a go.
What percent treeing walker and running walker are your dogs
I have plott hounds, Catahoulas, and a black mouth curr/ redbone that is my best dog. We track wounded deer for people all over Alabama.
Awesome!!
Do you feed regular dry feed in season or do you make your own
Right now I’m feeding Victor 30/20. I do mix in meat occasionally with their food.
I didn't hear you tell Bliss blood what she is?
She’s 3/4 Kemp 1/4 redtick
She is a fine hound
@@kentfry7692 thank you!

Thanks!!
What’s it take to go on a bear hunt?
Why do you keep the females inside and the males outside? Is that to keep them from mating or..
It does help with that but I only have 2 females and they’re easy to keep inside. The males on the other hand can be difficult. They want to pee on everything and are just more hard headed in general.

Awesome
Need to see these coon hunting and bobcat videos the stories and clips are awesome
I need to start videoing them. A lot of times with the bobcat hunting it can be difficult to video. Thanks!!
@@KirkPrice yeah I can see that being difficult, are you able to have interns to film or is it a one man mission?
