Would I be wrong to assume that the majority of PBCC members drink a lot of alcohol to deal with their repressed emotions and feelings? It's used as an outlet for years of being under thumb with no freedom? Well, considering they are completely controlled and have nothing else to look forward to except work and church. Very sad indeed.

No but major issues with alcohol. Look into the number of alcohol related car crashes. Lots of women using grog as a means of escape too.
