Irankunda is the real deal. Just signed for Bayern Munich but has to stay in the A-League until the end of the season as he turns 18 just after the January window closes. Very likely to have more bangers tweeted to you throughout the year while he tears up the A-League for a while yet.
Never thought i would see a player from my home club in a Zealand thumbnail, but Uzun has the potential to be our best homegrown player since Gündogan:D
Same but Nypan in Rosenborg. Though he is the most hyped player in Norway since Ødegaard & Haaland at such a young age, so im surprised to see him called a "hidden wonderkid".
Started a save with Espanyol and i randomly found Sverre Halseth Nypan, bought him for 4M from Rosenborg in 07/25 and he's been a beast for a young player coming from Norway to play in La Liga even though he still needs to develop some aspects of the game, never heard of him in real life or in FM23 but i'm glad i found this absolute gem.
Remember these gems for FM25 from Belgium who are now too young to be in the game but who are already starters for Genk reserves in the second division in Belgium; a CB called Brad Manguelle and Konstantinos Karetsas who is a winger but can also play as a 10 and who already scored some goals this season. Im probably forgetting more players too but these two are starters at 15, 16 years old and actually play very well!
Saw Sverre Nypan in the thumbnail, knew this would be a banger 🔥🔥 He's been incredible to watch at Rosenborg this season. Definitely a huuuge light in an otherwise bummer of a season for Rosenborg. He's already signed with Rafaela Pimenta (Mino Raiola's successor and Haaland's agent), and seem to have a great sense of his career progression. His father is very well-spoken and they're determined to keep him in Norway for at least another year to ensure a somewhat normal upbringing, natural progression and regular playtime. We haven't exactly been blessed with talents in Norway, but this generational switch is looking really good. Hopefully Haaland, Ødegaard, Nusa, Bobb, Nypan etc. can take us to the Euros and WC soon 🇧🇻
The issue is real life doesn't equate to the game some times luis palma for celtic is a joy to watch 5 goals and 7 assists in the same amount of games has 3 star max even if played for 2 seasons straight it goes no where near what he should be able to reach
Sverre Nypan is probably the most exciting talent at the moment. So very young but plays the game like it's all he's ever done. A massive, bright light in a season riddled with mediocracy for Rosenborg.
Nice to see Rigg on the list. As a Sunderland fan he's one of those players that you can just tell is a special talent. Only 16 but getting regular Championship minutes, looks really comfortable at that level already. Works hard, reads the game well, and is willing to put everything on the line for the club. I really hope we can hang on to him but I fear that another season or two and there will be plenty of big clubs knocking on the door for him.
LET'S GOOOO! FINALLY SOMEONE MENTIONS ASSADI AND UNIVERSIDAD DE CHILE! He's a beast. An excellent dribbler that unfortunately is being misused by our current manager, who also didn't know how to use Thiago Almada when he used to play in Velez, but is an excellent prospect nonetheless. We also had Dario Osorio, who unfortunately his potential has dropped but still a huge prospect, that recently moved to FC Midtjylland by his own choice, even rejecting teams like AC Milan because he wanted to grow correctly instead of just jumping to a team that will never play him. Also be on the lookout for a CA and PA upgrade for left-back Marcelo Morales, who's currently our best player and IMO the best left back in the Chilean League, despite being just 18 years old. And for the future, prospects like Flavio Moya, Ignacio Vázquez, Yahir Salazar and a few more look amazing!
omg amazing to see Jakob Napoleon here, I found him in FM23 while spending my life managing in Norway! Faniel Tewelde and Daniel Bassi are another two good prospects with high PA from norway
Assan Ouedraogo, 9mil. from Schalke. This dude scored hat-trick vs PSG in CL semifinals and then scored another hat-trick vs R.Madrid in CL final playing as AMC. Finished the season scoring 31 goals playing as AMC, Vitor Roque is my striker who is also having a 31 scored goals. Ouedraogo is INSANE!!!
@@themanonguitar3398 In my save he was insane but you also have there Brajan Gruda who is insane too. But for Gruda depends from save to save, that guy always have different potential. The same goes for Flamengo's Matheus Franca, he always dogsh*t but on one save when i was played with Leicester, at 21 yrs old he was better than Bellingham, i was shocked..
Another fact for both Anderson Duarte and Franco Gonzalez is that they won the U20 World Cup IRL, with Duarte scoring a lot of decisive goals on the way, another big talent from the uruguayan league is Thiago Helguera, very much recommended, just watch videos of him
You always expect South America to create giants, but the fact so many wonderkids come from Scandinavia blew me away - I wish Scotland was part of Scandinavia, we could do with a few homegrown superstars.
1. Sverre Halseth Nypan 2. David Martinez 3. Jonah Kusi-Asare 4. Nestory Irankunda 5. Chris Rigg 6. Lucas Bergvall 7. Heriberto Jurado 8. Can Uzun 9. Franco Gonzalez 10. Luka Topalovic 11. Napoleon was so good for me on FM23 in my save with Fredrikstad. Got him for 80k€ after the first season in 2nd div then the club sold him for 18m€ to Dortmund 2 years later the money was just too good for them even tho I wanted to keep him but in the end it helped me to improve all facilities and buy a few gems and won the Norwegian league 4 years in a row.
Shortlist? :p Great video! Can confirm Nypan is a hot hot hot prospect irl as well. Had some fatigue playing to many matches towards the end of the season here, but almost every game he's the best player on the pitch or second best. To bad Rosenborg that are struggling atm is probably going to lose him to fast :/
YOOOOO CAN UZUN, im from nürnberg and everyone just knows that he will be wordclass one day, as an fm fan im very happy that his talent is acknowledged :)
Bought Sverre Nypan, Bundgaard and Jakob Romsaas in a FC Copenhagen save with Bundgaard getting 38 goals in 42 games with some help from the Copenhagen gem Roony Bargdhji. Both Nypan and Romsaas have turned out to be amazingly good players for their age
I had already found #26 on my own during the beta and I picked up #15 in FM22, nice to see some of my scouting validated. I also have no idea why Farul sold Andrei Borza to Rapid. They have a couple of really good prospects that might be worth a look: Enes Sali, Dan Sîrbu, Constantin Grameni all could be legit players.
As a Romanian (and a fan of Rapid) I can quite sadly say that Borza in real life is not quite as good as FM makes him look. He's still young and still has time to improve, but for the time being he's rather a liability, making many mistakes in defense and not quite living up to the expectations. Enes Sali used to be regarded as a really promising player couple of years ago when he was capped at the senior national team (the youngest ever), but has since not played that much in the first team and the expectations have decreased. Grameni and Mazilu are some really good players that we are really looking forward to though
I signed tresoldi on fm23 for Cardiff when I got promoted for £9m. 37 Prem goals over 2 seasons saw him leave for Atalanta for £33m (release clause for clubs in Europe). I kept an eye on him and 2 years later after another 36 league goals in 2 years he moved to AC Milan for £57m. So yeah, happy to see someone I've both heard of and used on fm previously on this list😅
@linuslsc6346 yeah it was rough but his agent wouldn't let the release clause be any higher. I can't remember who I replaced him but they weren't as good
What amazes me most is how many times FM puts players in the game with good PA that are on no ones radar, and 5 years later they are world class players in real life. Sports Interactive researchers rival the scouting teams of realworld top clubs
Chris Rigg is the real deal. Came on against Fulham in the FA Cup at 15, thought he scored the winner but it was ruled out for offside. He is going to the very top! He's arguably more athletic than FM is giving him credit for too. I watched him skip past about 4 Mallorca players in preseason.
Wow was surprised that Cameron Humphreys was on the list. He is thought of extremely highly at itfc. He could have gone on loan the past 18 months but McKenna wanted him to stay around the first team instead. Doubt he will play much this year with how well we are doing but if we do not go up I think we will see him more next year. His been a solid player in FM for me doesn't stand out but also does not let me down.
Ingame Tresoldi was so salty that you didn't include him in last years list that he transfered to Chelsea in your save file and scored against Taunton Town over and over again. Glad to see our boy wonder finally making the list
#7 Heriberto jurado has been really good for me at Manchester United as a squad option. Picked him up for like 4M and in his first season he's already at 7 goals and 8 assist in December. My save started with 11 first team players injured so he's been vital as the legendary 12th man, I'm playing him as an IF on Su duty
Figueiredo from Vasco de Gama is an excellent signing. Started off as a right sided winger but trained him up to be a good and consistent Inverted Wing Back. Another really good signing is Alberto Moleiro from Las Palmas. He's a goal machine from Attacking Midfield.
Nestory Irankunda just signed for Bayern Munich. As soon as I saw that headline I looked him up on FM24, but couldn't find him. I guess because I hadnt loaded the Australian League at that point :(
I signed Ratnik on loan from Inter for my League 1 side in the first season (they must've instantly signed him) and he just destroyed, he was so good at the back. My team was supposed to be in a relegation fight and we won the league.
This was worth the watch just to hear Zealand trying to say Idan Toklomati from Maccabi Petach Tikva If Ayal still there he should give him a lesson in Hebrew 😅
I was in the same class as Filip Bundgaard in school. Great guy, he was always so much better than everyone else at football even when we were only 6/7 years old. Amazing seeing him on here, and obviously watching him for my local team Randers FC!
I'm 7 years in on my save, I checked out all these "wonderkids" hoping to sign some worldies. But all of them were terrible! 🤣🤦♂️ Lucas Assadi was at Chesterfield in league 2 on a permanent deal earing £2k per week. Cmon Zealand find some proper wonderkids. Love your videos though Zealand, keep up the good work my man. 👍
My scouts found nypan for my everton save during the beta he already is my most important player. Another good player is mohmad ali cho u have to sign them pretty quickly otherwise they are super expensive scouting on this game is so much better than last year
Any chance of doing a video about preparing for promotion please? 1 video on how you asses your current squad, how you determine who sell/release. How you then find new players.. I got promoted to vanarama national league, I'm 10 points clear now so I'll be promoted to League 2. Its league 2 that scares me haha
Milos Lukovic is a bargain prospect in this game. Has well rounded stats, can play as a winger or a striker and in my save has a potential of 150. IMT Beograd only wants £300k for him. Bargain. Makes me wonder if he barely missed out on making this list.
I'm currently doing a save as Tromsø IL (My local club). Romsaas got the higher end of his PA and Hjertø-dahl also got lucky with his PA this save. So I already had 2 of the better kids in Norway. And after robbing Saudi teams for 7mil by selling 2 older players, I managed to rob Nypan from RBK for 3.4 mil euro and he is classed as a wonderkid in this save.
Hey Zealand! Can you do a List on TH-cam Related Footballers in Football Manager? (People who typically made a TH-cam to follow there trip to Pro/Non-League or are related to TH-camrs) Connor Parsons, Jedidiah Brown, Kieran Higgs etc :)
Fuck Adam Wharton , joined on my Luton save for 22 million , never played a full 90 , found a better player and got an offer from Lisbon for 60 mil for him and he didn't want to join .
Living outside of Basel, it is amazing to see how FC Basel - which is an institution here - have fallen from grace. They have a strong youth scouting and development focus but their first team is suffering right now. If they were to get relegated, I wonder how the locals would react ...!
I just started a Journeyman save in the Croatian Second League with Solin. I am in 2nd season, got promoted and just started scouting Soticek after this video. They want $2.9 million and I have a transfer budget of $87k, lol. But Lokomotiva is in the relegation zone after 19 games so here's hoping they get relegated and I can get enough to make a move
Nobody of similar value you can swap? You never know, a player you don't need might be exactly what Lokomotiva need to fill a gap - you might even get some cash back if your player has a higher value.
An honorable mention is Tobias Slotsager, don’t know anything about his ability, however he is wanted by huge clubs such as PSG and Liverpool at the start of my save.
with this many scandinavian wonderkids makes me want to gather them all in a scandinavian club and win the champions league only with that regions players
Lol Zeeland I watched this after my Ajax safe where I came across a wonderkid from Denmark.. Your nr 1 LOL no idea.. He was crazy good and only 4M euros ... He ended up being 161 for me... but within 1.5 years I sold him for a profit of 76M selling him for 80M thats what I call quick cash
@zealand When it comes to players with nationalities from Balkan-region, but they play in other contries. Most likely their families fled the war and settled elsewhere, many examples as you probably are aware of it you just think about it :)
Do players get taller? This is something I've never even considered until this video. If I get a 5'7 16yo CB in my youth will they grow over the save???
Can you do a video on how to find these players please? Doing a save in vanarama North at the moment so by the time I can afford these people they won't be wonderkids any more so I'd love to know how to identify my own when I get to a level where I can buy them
Nelson Weiper from Mainz is hands down my favorite more less known “wonderkids” in the game. 6’4” with high jumping and heading he is a force. I bought him in my Leeds save in year one and instantly sent him on loan to Elche. In 11 matches he had 13 goals and at the u21 national level he has 7 goals in only 2 appearances. He’s a must scout for any club
Bayern Just signed Nestory Irankunda for about 3m up front over 6m with add ons! on fm on real world mode, you can actually pick him up on a free as he runs his contract down, So far has in my saves he has gone to Lepzig and Juve! Highly recommend if you can get him cheap! (probably a vid in this for you Z considering he is also a refugee that fled to aus similar to how alphonso davies was as a kid from a refugee background then bayern found him and snapped him up- plus gives you an excuse to highlight some of these wondergoals he has already scored)
Asare is a beast, sign hik with 16, 4 Loans later, at the end of the season gonna put him fighting for striker I'm my benfica safe ( fighting with Kruppi and Emegha 😂)
Any good wonderkids suggestions that are super cheap and will play in the German 3. Liga? Right now I signed Pau Sans and Theo zidane in my 1860 Munich save

Love the vids Z! Can’t wait for your scouting vid for the year!
dukanovic and sverre nypan have been sooo good for me during my nordsjaelland save so far
Irankunda was just bought by Bayern Munich....They propably got him through FM :-)
Milos Lukovic is a bargain prospect in this game. Has well rounded stats, can play as a winger or a striker and in my save has a potential of 150. IMT Beograd only wants £300k for him. Bargain. Makes me wonder if he barely missed out on making this list.
Nestory Irankunda being singed by Bayern on the day this video is released is amazing
Incredible they scout both football AND soccer players. Must take double the time....
(People who typically made a TH-cam to follow there trip to Pro/Non-League or are related to TH-camrs)
Connor Parsons, Jedidiah Brown, Kieran Higgs etc :)
6:13 That shirt sponsor is brilliant
Brommapojkarna is my local side so seeing two BP graduates in this video makes me happy
I was waiting for David Martínez to be mentioned! He is already scoring bangers in the Libertadores and the U17 World Cup
Nypan isn't really hidden but he is a baller.
Notably no Adam Wharton
Fuck Adam Wharton , joined on my Luton save for 22 million , never played a full 90 , found a better player and got an offer from Lisbon for 60 mil for him and he didn't want to join .
Romsaas is a beast. His name means Tromsø in Sapmi 😂 good for him for actually playing for em
It would be nice if you released a matching shortlist for these videos
I wonder where a player like Tom Rothe would land on this list. He's a very promising wing back. 194cm and good pace. Absolute machine
Thank you for the Marin Petkov shout-out! He is very underestimated at Levski, and I'm afraid he will be downgraded soon by FM.
Toklomati and Semih Kilicsoy been tearing it up for me at palace
A decent unknown goalkeeper is matteo rizzo from pro vercelli
Living outside of Basel, it is amazing to see how FC Basel - which is an institution here - have fallen from grace. They have a strong youth scouting and development focus but their first team is suffering right now.
If they were to get relegated, I wonder how the locals would react ...!
Me seeing Nestory be in a Zealand vid makes me so happy with him signing for Bayern it’s so cool to see him doing well
Duarte was a beast for my journeyman saves Romanian stage in FM 23.
You should include Konstantinos koulierakis from paok when i started my save in the first day inter made a bid for him
Tomas Galvez! The finnish LB playing for Man City academy
Signed kusi-asare in my save and he’s been a demon for me, 30+ goals since 18 with all physicals 15+
What club does he play for
Love to see Nestory on the list as an Adelaidian
I just started a Journeyman save in the Croatian Second League with Solin. I am in 2nd season, got promoted and just started scouting Soticek after this video. They want $2.9 million and I have a transfer budget of $87k, lol. But Lokomotiva is in the relegation zone after 19 games so here's hoping they get relegated and I can get enough to make a move
Nobody of similar value you can swap? You never know, a player you don't need might be exactly what Lokomotiva need to fill a gap - you might even get some cash back if your player has a higher value.
I have to admit, since the game is out I am only clicking to see if the skin for FM2024 has been released, great video though!
If you are playing in some non top 5 league I recommend Zlatan Koscevic from Dinamo Zagreb if you need a goalscorer, guy is 18 and very cheap
An honorable mention is Tobias Slotsager, don’t know anything about his ability, however he is wanted by huge clubs such as PSG and Liverpool at the start of my save.
Being a djurgården fan in telling you Lucas Bergvall is going to be one of the best in a couple of years
with this many scandinavian wonderkids makes me want to gather them all in a scandinavian club and win the champions league only with that regions players
The fact I signed over 11 of these in my last fm save makes me happy to be honest. Not sure why though 😂
It shows that you are part scout 😄
Happy to see an Israeli wonderkid! Hope he becomes a legend🙏
Israel not very popular these days.
On FM23 some banging wonderkids came thru at AIK and we won 6 Champions Leagues
I’ve seen nicolo Tresoldi be top of the NEXGN list before. Signed him in my Cercle Brugge save and won the league!
I signed number 1 yesterday before seeing this video for £4.5 mill. I do not regret it!
These are all still a vast majority major nations. Would be cool if you listed some youth players from minnows like India, Vietnam, Suriname, etc.
Can you do a video on how to find these players please? Doing a save in vanarama North at the moment so by the time I can afford these people they won't be wonderkids any more so I'd love to know how to identify my own when I get to a level where I can buy them
Couldn't believe I'd see someone from my country in Daniel Daga
Awesome
Nelson Weiper from Mainz is hands down my favorite more less known “wonderkids” in the game. 6’4” with high jumping and heading he is a force. I bought him in my Leeds save in year one and instantly sent him on loan to Elche. In 11 matches he had 13 goals and at the u21 national level he has 7 goals in only 2 appearances. He’s a must scout for any club
Weiper is a must get top level Pressing or Advanced forward, scores for fun
Damn I really hit the jackpot by signing nypan for leverkusen in my save
Brighton writing down their names so they can buy them for a collective 50 million and sell them for 1 billion:
✍️😮👂
I love you big Z
Gonzalesz was a cracking signing and sold him fir huge and right which allowed a goid rebuild
Just signed Nypan for my Everton save, looking forward to developing him
Try Jeremy de Leon. He's a Puerto Rican wonderkid in the 5th division of Spanish football. PA of 130-160
I know he’s not signed for them yet in FM cause they only finalized it a few days ago but I swear Bayern signed Irankunda 2 years ago
Ipswich fan, can confirm Cameron Humphreys is legit. We already knew it when he started breaking through last year.
Asare is a beast, sign hik with 16, 4 Loans later, at the end of the season gonna put him fighting for striker I'm my benfica safe ( fighting with Kruppi and Emegha 😂)
David Martinez was already wanted by the likes of Juventus and PSG at the start of my save
Any good wonderkids suggestions that are super cheap and will play in the German 3. Liga?
Right now I signed Pau Sans and Theo zidane in my 1860 Munich save
Check Matija Popovic(Partizan FC) and Miloš Luković(IMT).Possible bargains of fm24 from Serbian League this year.
