Dear expert viewers, your expert advice is of no use and her lectures are very useful for beginners and she is doing great job for aspirants, which you cannot do. So, it is requested from expert viewers that, kindly stop criticizing her.

Thank you so very much, Ma'am. You explain things so quickly and yet they are much much understandeable than other lectures.... Completing lessons quickly and yet being so understandeable is a rare thing. hats off Ma'am
You are brilliant mam.. Your all videos are very useful, I'm not much good at geo.. But after watching your videos.. I'm developing interest in geo.. And concepts are becoming clear.. I used to thought how things are interrelated in geo.. But you made it possible mam..hats off to you.. 😊2020😊
Ma'am, the video was exemplary. You teach in simple and easy terms. However, one suggestion: the lecture slides have no pointer/indicator to understand what point you are referring on the screen.. so when you say "यहां पर/उधर...etc" we have to search and guess the location you are referring.
Maam said polar vortex is only there in winter. No ma’am that is an incorrect statement. In other lecture you explained eye of tropical cyclone wrongly. Kindly make the corrections.
Disgraceful how many here are belittling this wonderful lady. Yes her pronunciations and enunciations arent the best. However most of what she is touching is spot on. Further, several of her explanations are hard to find in standard books, which makes these videos all the more useful. Instead of trying to be a grammar Nazi, try and focus on what she says. That you are aspiring civil servants and still indulging in such condescending behaviour is shame worthyl...

Ozone depletion is maximum in spring ,not in summer. In summer , polar vortex ( which acts as a semi sealed reactor) breakdown and polar stratospheric clouds are gone. Then ozone rich air rushes in from surrounding areas and heals ozone hole.
Ozone depletion isn't maximum in spring instead during the beginning of the spring, the hole started to appear which gets worse as the summer proceeds. It gets worse due to intense heating by the sun rays.
Isn't calling El-Nino abnormal a matter of perspective?? It brings rain and prosperity to the people along the peruvian coast so they might feel that this is the normal condition
Higher the salt content i.e salinity, lower is the rate of evaporation due to reduction in vapor pressure. But reverse is not true i.e. higher the evaporation lower is the salinity is false. More the evaporation more is the salinity. So salinity and evaporation is not inversely proportional.
Evaporation se paani bhaap ban jata hai so with lesser volume of water available after evaporation salt content being constant, salinity tends to be more post evaporation
Does Walker Cell remain same all over year ? In which month does Low pressure in Australia- SE Region forms, as in North Summer there must be High Pressure Belt .. so how does it strengthen madagascar high? Confused.

They are two names for the same entity. Even though the phenomenon is condensation, it is called latent heat of evaporation/vaporisation/condensation. Refer to google for clarification.
You are right about the release of energy vs absorption of energy, but talk to a physics student and he/she will tell you that physicists use the term interchangeably. Latent heat is a value to which you attribute a positive and negative sign depending on whether it is endothermic and exothermic. This makes it irrelevant whether you call it latent heat of evaporation or vaporisation or condensation.
+shivanand parashar it is latent heat of vaporisation. The energy required to convert liquid into vapours and in this case it will be released from the surface of the earth and would transmit upwards through convection process. at this point there wont be any condensation of the vapours rather it would happen when air temperature would be less than the air above and surrounding it.
Can anyone please explain Ekman Transport in relation with El nino. What and how things happen at Peruvian Coast? Trade winds move from East to West, so due the Ekman transport. water beneath should move 90 degrees to the direction of the wind. But when we see the El Nino explanation, it says, Trade wind leads to piling up of warm water in Northern Australia and UPWELLING takes place at Peruvian Coast. I am confused, where is Ekman Transport when trade winds are moving the ocean current in their direction only leading to accumulation of hot water in N Australia. Please help.
+rashmi mahesh the occurrence El-Nino phenomenon in central pacific and eastern pacific make indian monsoon weak ,but it has been found that the effect of el-nino has been neutralised by indian dipole, for instance ,in 1997,india had good rainfall despite occurrence of strong el-nino in central pacific and eastern pacific, owing to the +ve effect of indian dipole

how does more evaporation of water leads to more salinity of water ?
evaporation is inversely proportional to salinity.

South America lies on the eastern side of Australia. Therefore, east to west is absolutely right.

tradewinds move from SE to NW direction near peruvian coast, which cause Ekman transport to West direction ( perpendicular to SN direction of winds)
