- This is a quick video to show - How to prepare admission relate documents in an envelope to be posted to University or Uni Assist office in Germany. The process for countries like France, Italy, UK is also somewhat similar.
True I sent my documents through India post and it took approximately 20 days. Since I had enough time so I chose the registered foreign courier service and it costs only 260 rupees. They do give you tracking status but you need to have patience.

2. Mai BCA kr rha hu joki 3 yrs ki degree hai aur aage muje msc in computer science krna hai Germany se to kya mai eligible hu.
3. Kya hme aps certificate ki need hai uni assist pr upload krke ki.
4. Aur University ka reply kab tak aajata hai admission ke lie.
5. Aur aisa kya method hai ki hme acceptance letter mil jaye university admission ka.

my university does not give transcript but the marks are written on the result having all subjects and total score
If Uni doesn't give transcripts then you cannot do anything about it. In that case just share all what your Uni provides.

1. Is it mandatory to send the Notarize documents to Uni assist .
2. If we already send the documents to Uni assist and after that we want to apply for other university do we have to send all the documents .
Yes it’s important to send notarised documents because most uni need them. Uni assist is more like forwarding organisation.
Many uni are ok with what Uni assist ask from candidates. But then for some uni or course they have special requirements and they mention any special docs they need. It’s better if you read there individual requirements and send all to uni assist at once else you will have to send separately and the process may cost extra.
University ask for original doc's only to check the genuiness of documents
What if university provide transcript without envelope??
Can I send direct transcript?
Sure if serves your purpose. Depends on what is asked by the verifying organization.
I have applied for 5 universities. do I need to create 5 sets of documents?

Depends on documents needed by Uni. Generally its good to put up all these docs in envelope.
what should be the size of photograph which will be sent to uni assist?
Passport size
Need to send hard motivational letter to uni assist or soft copyi sufficient
Soft copies are sufficient. You only need to send anything via mail only after admission is confirmed. For Uni-Assist however you need to send photocopies and certain forms for them to authenticate your credentials.
Sir i have put all the documents in the envelope but except the fees payment. beacuse in online it sis still showing that the fess is processing. I have deadlines so i have sent the courier without the fees payment acknowledgement form. Will uni assist start to process my application or not?

So to clear my confusion I want to ask this
Agar meri University in india Transcript nahi degi to I have to go to embassy or Court for that matter and get an attested copy to send with the package right?
Depends on your situation - i.e if you are sending documents to Uni-Assist or Directly university.
They clearly specify what you have to provide and if you don't have transcripts from Uni then you cannot do anything about it, even Lawyer or Embassy cannot provide replacement of transcripts.
Lawyers and Embassy can only authenticate your original documents and give a letter of authentication mentioning that your photocopies are authentic.
Sir, notarized my documents from court but they did not give me application neither I don't knew it so so german would not accept it ? Please asap
Is LOM and LOR mandatory to send to uniassist
Depends on the uni that you will apply to via Uni-assist. Better to send, because Uni need it or prefer it.
I have less percentage in 10th 53, 12th 63, graduation 60.94, and PG 54. After 10th I have 7 years of gap gap is it possible to get admission in germany in any public universities.
You score is below average. Big Gaps is not good. But that doesn't means you don't have any chance.
Just focus on making your profile stronger in any way. Do good research work about your potential future career path and related job opportunities.
Apply to all uni which are open for low score and gaps, be it public or private, in your case. All the best.

Is it necessary to complete IELTS and german b1 language to take admission in germany university
IELTS is needed for most English courses - both by University and German embassy, and German is not needed for English courses. German levels are needed for most German courses, mostly they need C1, some allow B2, but B1 is not enough in case of German courses. In case of getting admission in German language based course, you may still need IELTS, because English can be the 2nd language in the course, hence required by University & German embassy will need to check IELTS, level of IELTS can vary, generally 6.5 is well accepted.

what if i am sending docs to uniassist with 3 LOMs , but later on i applied in 4 more unis and made thier LOMs then, then do i have to send those unis LOMs again to uniassist by courier or not. I am confused about dispatching LOMs through courier to uniassist

@@chandansh3392 uni-assist never ask for LOR. Its not necessary to send until asked by university

I have joined ESB business school, which has the best MBA accreditation (AACSB) and is a public b-school (i.e Government funded). It is also one of the oldest and most popular business school in Germany. Plus the professors here are all PHDs and Experienced researchers or have high-end industry experience. I am enjoying it so far.

@@Neha_18official For good MBA programs, work ex or 2-3 is compulsory and of 5+ year is desirable. And most good MBA program will need IETLS and GMAT/GRE for admission.

Yes you have post notarised photocopies of original but not the original.
