if only all our politicians were like Geordin this would be a completely different country. Straight answers and absolute accountability for delivery. Western Cape really is the jewel of South Africa because of having the right leadership. Challenging times are coming for WC as more people from within South Africa move there. While Johannesburg crumbles, Cape Town will be growing.
Ask any ANC cadre what the importance of Moody's rating is and see what the response is.

When you call it - it either rings till cut off, you are diverted to ‘the relevant agency’ and cut off and if you eventually get to speak to someone it may be 20mins to an hour later. Great emergency service!!’ A waste of time & taxpayers money!!!
