What time did you travel from London to Eastbourne and from Seaford back to London? I really want to do this tomorrow by myself.

Hey, we took early morning train (probably 7am train) from central London. I would say to properly explore , you need roughly 10 hrs. So , you can plan to take the return train around 6pm.

Is the climb steep I'm going with someone who is 70years old will they manage?

Climb is not steep , but you can easily take bus to mid points and try one or 2 cliffs if they can manage
