    Love the board, love how you cut it up. I had to give up coffee, as I was having many sleepless nights. Still stay up late, but sleep in. I love the quiet time to make cards and journals. I’m 67 and am not taking any medications. When you get this age, it seems everyone talks about ailments and meditations.

    Love this! I can make plenty! I’m almost 68 and don’t take any prescriptions either! It’s such a blessing to be healthy. I sometimes use a powder called Calm which helps relax me for sleep. All natural.

    Melina, a question for you , think back, how long have you not been sleeping well? Then ask yourself, what time did your Dad pass? ( I’m only asking you to think bout those two questions because I myself haven’t been sleeping well either and I’ve been getting like 4-5 hour of sleep every night since my Dad passed 22 years ago, I know strange right , and when I’m awoken is the exact time that my Dad had passed away. Let me know what if anything I said above hits home for you. I’ve learned to live with it, I’m single and not married , so I know you have a family and are very busy with all you do, so going to the Dr. Is a good idea for you, hope he’s able to help you. I’m wheelchair bound ( due to having a birth defect Spina Bifida, paralyzed from the waist down) .just know your not alone ❤

    Journaling before bed is a great way to calm your mind. Even if it’s just a todo list for the next day. Formula 303 is a natural relaxation supplement too.

    My doctor told me I had too much life going on for my little body and mind and just because I was capable of doing ALL the THINGS didn’t mean I should. We all think we can’t cut back or do less or think less until we become critically sick and have absolutely no more choices. I did not listen and then it happened to me. I lost it all! It can happen. Once your health is gone there is NO getting it back. Listen to whatever he tells you, don’t be stubborn like I was. No sleep is your body’s way of telling you it is on overload., listen to it! Best wishes and lots of prayers. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    I'll be 50 in August and thank the Lord, i don't take any prescription medications. I take OTC ibuprofen and acid reflux tablets.

    Look into Melatonin Melina! Best thing ever for me…and at 47 for me.. my menopausal symptoms started. And myself… never taken a thing in my life! My non sleeping started at 47😉…and gives NO after effects!

    Once I hit peri menopause I quit sleeping. Nothing worked and finally began prescription sleep medicine. I HATED to go that route but after years of not sleeping, I thought it best. Not sleeping was the only symptom of menopause that I had.

    Dear one! I’m 75 Sunday & take no prescription meds. So here’s the secret to lovely non drugged sleeps:
    Magnesium glycinate supplements, 2 capsules at bedtime with 1 calcium citrate maleate capsule.
    First recommended to me by nutritionist, Ann Louise Gittleman author of The Fat Flush book. I’ve been on them for 22 years & sleep like a baby.

    Melina have you tried Mellatonin? Don’t think I spelled it right. My dr. Recommended it, and it works wonders. Sorry I just heard you say it didn’t work for you. Oh well hope you find something that works. No sleep is not healthy. Love your master board.

    Hi Melina: I have used Meliton Natural. When I work the night shift, I take it 1hr. before I go to bed it helps relax me. I can get back up in 3 to 4 hrs and get ready for work. I have no problem with it making me Sleppy when I work. I started out taking just the #3. It may help. No addition.

    I know a few people that take Trazodone for sleep , it’s non habit forming, really helps them fall asleep and if they wake up , they fall back asleep easily. Good luck !

    I have the same sleeping issue. My brain will not shut down. I am on a mild sleeping pill that helps. The thing that really helps is CBD oil with no THC that I get from my Chiropractor. It is amazing how much I feel better. I was having trouble with menopause and emotions and it helped.

    A friend made a suggestion when I was fighting sleeplessness. It worked for me and cost me nothing. First thing is to make sure my bedroom is totally dark, no TV.
    I then start the alphabet game in my head. Make a list of fruits and veggies at your market, list grocery items, flowers, trees, items at your favorite craft store, items in your stash, female friend's names, titles of hymns you sing, and the one list that puts me to sleep fastest - make or model of vehicles. If you get stuck with an alphabet word, add a second letter. Try to remember the letters you don't have a word for, as you finish your alphabet.
    Start a new list of items when you finish one group. Hope this makes sense. Rest well and angels on your pillow.

    Melina, it's ok to ask for some help. It took me, till I was 64 (last year) to ask for help and then I wondered why I took so long. 😊. Sleep is an amazing thing. Do what you need too. The master board turned out so pretty. Good luck tomorrow

    Loved this video. I haven’t collages with such long strips but it brings another whole look , especially with belly bands.anyone who doesn’t have problems sleeping doesn’t realize the effect it has on your whole life. Time to go to the dr, even a little bloodwork may tell your body is low in something u need

    Love the belly bands made from master board. Good luck with talking to your doctor about not getting sleep. My husband finally did and we both sleep much better.

    My doctor asked me why I didn’t want to take medication to sleep and I said I don’t want to take a chance of becoming dependent on something, so she said she could give me a prescription on a “natural” sleep aid. It hit me so hard, I thought I was going to die, really! It made me so sick and out of my head, when I told her that she just said she was sorry.

    Sleep: Girl, I get it…..You are creative! Just as many of us are…. Our brains just go, go, go! It is frustrating. Once you go to the doctor, he/she will probably put you through a sleep test. Uggg! I’ll be praying for you because I do really understand….🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    Melina, I'm thinking, B-12 shots.
    Your body has been thru enough. In the past year, chemicals are changing. And you may be
    pre-menopausal. I never had night sweats. I was 43 and in menopause

      I’ve already went through surgical menopause. Complete hysterectomy in March 2017. So pretty much all menopausal symptoms have subsided now for me at 47. So my body is very confused, I believe, as to what it should be doing right now. And I have to laugh about that. 🤷🏼‍♀️😁

    My mom passed away on June 19. My husband passed away on June 30 at 65 years old. I was diagnosed with PTSD in 2018. I’ve dealt with mine racing ever since, especially right now. I have tried many techniques and see a therapist regularly. I do not want to go on any sleeping medication, they scare me. My husband took trazodone, and it worked great for him, but not for me. About three or four months ago when I turn off the light to go to sleep, I say the lords prayer in my mind. Then I say the serenity prayer. Then I say the 23rd psalm. If I mess up one, I have to start all over. Sometimes it takes a little while but most times it doesn’t. That has been the most effective thing that I have tried! All about our King Jesus! I only take 10 mg melatonin for sleeping. On the flipside I often wake up between 430 and 530. After their deaths I was waking up at 2:30. I am in the four thirtyish range right now. I wish you the best. Thank you for the great tutorial.

      I just remembered something else. I had an early menopause starting at age 42. Because of chemo. When you first go into menopause, your progesterone drops and your estrogen is too high. It gets out of balance. That can cause sleeping issues also. I started taking natural, compounded, hormones, and that did the trick. At age 47 you could be in Peri menopause.

    Have you tried melatonin at bedtime! It helps me. 5-10mg dosage. I’m much older but when you can’t sleep it’s no fun. Avoid screen time an hour or so before bedtime. You may be premenopausal as well. Just my experience!

    Please keep trying natural remedies or therapies. Psychiatriscyt drugs are horrific and what you will most likely get are benzos. Please its not worth it. I am in acute withdrawl from bezo and Lexapro. If I would have known the hell that awaited me, I would have never touched those meds. I know they help some people, they helped me too but the price to paybfor that little help compared to the brain damage is steep and horrific. I may not make it. Its a moment to moment and this craft keeps me a bit distracted in my survival from severe acute withdrawl. Please do not go to the doctor for prescriptions to sleep and anxiety. Take it from me and a million other who have been there. Not worth it.

    I have a question about copywriter if you by the product us the product if you choose to give it our sell it it’s yours selling it in a journal but if you give it away that’s wrong I’m confused

      One can sell or giveaway the original product in a journal but cannot “reproduce” that item (example: making a copy of it) and state it is “their” digital when it has reproduced original content from someone else in it. Or at least that is how I understand it.
